Some dude just called WGR and wants to move Trent Murphy to MLB. Sal asked "Why would you move Murphy to MLB and take Edmunds off the field?".
He said "Edmunds can't play every down".
Fantasy football/madden does this to people...

What is this assistant position coach basing his advice on? Months of NFL experience? How many other OC/HC combos have had to hire a decision specialistSome of that was listed in up thread posts.

Not that the D remaining strong is not important, because it is, we all know that it was a huge part of the success the team had this past season.
None the less, we lost seven games last season, WC included, because the Offense in its current make up can’t score enough points, (imo, mostly because of untimely dropped passes)
It is my considered opinion ? that three TDs are needed every game as a minimum, offensive play makers are the real priority for the Bills, as good as they are, I don’t think the D is going to score a TD every game for us, being that they kinda fell short on that this past season.?
Go Bills!!!

what is he stretching out? Has he turned down offers from the Patriots?
I of course am not in on the details, but if Tawmy is out looking it’s because he thinks he can get more than the Pats have likely offered thus far, jmo. Why else would he be out looking?

Even when I was young and barely slept, drank too much, and smoked that weed stuff, it was another football game. That it was on other than 1:00pm on Sunday was mostly an inconvenience, still is. The additional hype is totally unwarranted imo, but hell, people like what they like, if that floats your boat, more power to ya, ?

So if we decide to let shaq and Phillips walk will we finally get some decent compensatory picks? I must admit I do not know what the formula is there.
No, the Bills are not allowed compensatory picks, its a rule...

It’s just a smart thing to have someone at the organization keeping tabs on best practices for game management, as Shaw said in a post, it is getting the multitude of little things right that can win you games.

Both McDermott and Beane deserve an extension.
I agree, and it would help a bit with bringing in FA players, in which the franchise will look very stable, that has to be a plus in players eyes I would think.

You can see it in super slow motion, but in real time it was probably very hard to see.
I get that, but when the defender is on the receivers arms and not specifically “making a play on the ball” ...

Well, it still is, when it's another team doing it.
Though I thought Chark in the Ravens game was being pretty handsy before the ball got there.
Yup, same thing in the WC game in the end zone with Duke,
referees are so bloody inconsistent, it’s as if they don’t know what the rules of engagement are, which is likely the case.

On the last catch. The pats defender was pulling at Knox’s arm before the ball got to him, that used to be considered PI once upon a time...

Ads.
If you have enough subscribers you can sell ad space, kind of a chicken or the egg deal, it’s a tough business model to keep healthy, being most folk don’t like to pay for media content nowadays,

Hmm... they started out at $8 a month for a subscription and I don't think that lasted very long before they bumped it up to $11. The content is pretty good. Sometimes there's some filler, but guys like Joe B and Fairburn are on there, and Timmy Graham who I think is a solid writer that likes to troll sometimes. I dunno if I'd pay more than $11 a month though, so if they're looking for more revenue, hopefully it doesn't come in the form of charging subscribers more.
Where else but the subscribers would money come from?

"You're being hyperbolic..." as I point out a variety of plays that helped result in a lose...
Then you follow it up with two or three plays by a WR win us that game..
You are 100% right, a WR absolutely wins us that game. Nailed it. Nothing else about that game mattered, two or three plays by a WR win us the game. You are undoubtedly, unabashedly, without question right.
Why do you purposefully play the blow hard? Your points were noted, and they were contributing factors as you said, but one can as well see the obvious plays that decided the game in our opponents favor. But you are so stubborn that you refuse to even entertain anything but your own view. Do have a nice day, and enjoy the upcoming FA period and the draft, I know I will, later 17,

There is no point in going back and forth. There were a handful if not more plays that were/weren't made that cost the Bills that game. You believe it was solely not having a WR, again that's a fine opinion to have. The fact that Allen fell apart in the fourth, the fact they took points off the board for no reason, the fact they had a phantom call on Cody Ford, the fact that Beasley was drastically underutilized, the fact Daboll sputtered in the second half...
But yes, the only factor that matters is WR. I'm done debating the Bills losing to the Texans solely because a WR or lack there of.
Now you’re being hyperbolic, this silly statement is not what anyone is arguing, those thing contributed, and everyone realizes that, but the game would have been won on two or three passing plays that the receivers botched, even with all the other contributing factors, you’re just arguing for the sake of your ego now, talk about clutching pearls, sheesh...
Go Bills!!!

With the Bills Receiver groups propensity to drop passes at crucial moments in games..., that and the receivers are the go to guys, yes, the opinion stated is quite valid, and frankly pretty obvious.

I have watched the full game tape. I am not as forgiving as you are. I think it is a legit concern and I am not willing to wave it away and say "ah he was fed up with bad Quarterbacking."
Catch the damn ball.
This ^^^ we were the 2nd worst in drops last season iirc, or close to it. This very issue has been the bane of our team the last two seasons. Who ever is the best pass catcher is my guy.
Our current best pass catchers by catch percentage iirc, are Brown Beasley and Williams, we need more... I so do enjoy stating the obvious...?

Maybe just maybe it is a means to centralize that type of info so the HC can more easily do his homework. You know, the constant improvement thing, Wouldn’t that be a good idea?
