The spin doctors are out. Typical, an attempt was made to kill democracy, but who cares right? Let’s deflect blame, lie etc… this is why republicans will not get back the White House.

You’re such a drama queen. Kill democracy! lol, that’s what this administration is doing. But you can’t see that with your drama queen glasses on.

I’m all for it. Do it. Clean house. I don’t know much of what happened then outside of trump winning, I don’t think I was paying much attention at that time.

So you just spew forth your ignorant lies anyway? Yeah, you’re not in a cult.

Come on ,sure he is the POTUS when this happened but if your saying this was his fault that is as bad as BT & Tibs blaming everything on Trump . There has been talk in the past that America's infrastructure is in major need of repair all over the country .

I just don't know how the ship was so close to that main support i drive large vehicles for a living not nearly as big as that ship but when in a situation like that your approach needs to be a lot more towards the large opening to the left of the ship especially as much room as you would need to complete that turn .

I got a text from a friend which is mostly a conspiracy theory that this was a planned thing to weaken the supplies to America's economy . In some weird kind of way with the way the world is today not saying that it's true but it sure wouldn't surprise me in some kind of way .

What country was the ship from have they said on the news ? One would think they would have a ton of safety features on a ship that size to avoid such disasters ...

I was just playing there game. I do think with all the money spent on other countries infrastructure and so little money spent on ours. That is bidens fault. That is absolutely true.

The cost to the STH does not really bother me very much, since you have an option not to pay. The NFL is a business, and like Disney it does not surprise me when they look for new ways to generate more revenue. I find it sad that some people will be priced out, but I don’t think “greed” is the correct term for what’s happening there. If I own Disney stock, and they are not trying to increase profits I’m going to be upset. That is why they exist. They will push the envelope and charge as much as the market allows.

What DOES bother me a LOT is when the NFL compromises the integrity of the game in the quest for more money. The Bills playing a “home game” in front of all the Jax fans in London that have been carefully cultivated since 2013 bothers me. Home field matters, that’s why you fight all season to have it in the playoffs. They have created un-level playing field for the sake of more revenue. That is inexcusable. (Don’t even get me started on the “jet lag experiment” or the crap field.) The Jags should never be the road team in London, their second home.

Things like two Christmas Day games, on a WEDNESDAY, is going to present issues regarding physical recovery and preparation in the weeks surrounding those games as well as on Christmas Day. This isn’t Covid where they are just trying to keep things going. This was a conscious decision, all in the name of money.

If they don’t care about the integrity of the game, I guess I care a little less about the game too.

I agree. That’s exactly why my passion for the game has waned.

How many posts have you shat out with literally not 1 constructive thing to say?  Just grumpy old man bitching is all you are capable of.

It's humorous to think you see yourself as a constructive poster that you can critique others.

    Oh the irony

Still can't let it go unchecked. Pressure still has to be applied to cult leaders/ demagogues or things go off Rails.

It's called due diligence by the system.

Is your mind that closed that you can’t even tolerate differing opinions without name calling?

You aren’t forced to buy the PSL either. If you want to guarantee the same seat for each game, or shortest wait time for rides, you have the option to purchase it. You can always buy tickets on the secondary market and pay whatever they’re priced without buying a PSL.

I agree. I’m happy you’re able to afford the fees and keep your seats. I think that’s great.
I still stand by my comments about the greed of the nfl.

Aren't you raking in profits from your investment in Disney?   Disney also charges whatever the market will bear for their products........their profit margins are not based on what's fair.

I'm not trying to pick on you here.   I enjoy your posts typically but you have a very "new money" idea of how capitalism works.

There are going to be 40K+ people in that new stadium every week that contributed between $0 in taxes and the NYS share.......which is literally an ineffectual pittance in construction cost terms.

The PSL matter is really just a stand alone price gouge.   Like paying an extra $200 per person or whatever it is to get in the "fast" lines on your Disney stay.

But you’re not forced to buy the fast lane package. The record breaking tv deals the nfl is raking in and then have the nerve to “sell” psl to season ticket holders is nothing more than pure greed. If you want to dish out thousands of dollars to watch a football game, GOD bless you, that’s your right and I would defend that. But to defend this corporate greed is unreal.
This is in no way intended for you Badobillz. Just thinking out loud, lol.

Worthy going to Miami is    Not. Nice.

Would much rather see DT in Round 4-5   (assuming the Longhorns are off the board at 28 and 60)

Beane has signed 3 DT's if you include DaQuan.

IMO he wanted to feel like the position is no longer a desperate need.

But it’s still a desperate need. We have no long term depth at DT. The two older players they signed are over thirty. So is DaQwan .

  9. I have to disagree. If Newton is still there Beane is taking him. Any receiver after the big three are 2nd round grades in my book and a reach for the Bills, especially Mitchell. You can get just as good a receiver as Mitchell by either trading up a few spots in the 2nd or taking the best available receiver at pick number 60. I can’t see them passing Newton for Mitchell.

    Parody?

If not, no the Bills aren’t going anywhere. This locks them in for a generation. They’ve never been more valuable than they are today. The NFL has never been hotter than right now. I’m 42 years-old and the Bills will be in WNY for my entire lifetime.

“Selling fast” means that they are getting a high percentage of people saying “yes” not that the inventory is almost gone. This bodes well for those people hoping for lower PSLs. The higher the percentage of people that say “yes” at $20k or $50k, the better off it is for people that will be like $2k.

You hope so. The penalty for breaking the lease agreement with the state is peanuts to what he can get moving the team, not selling it. If you don’t think he would do that I strongly disagree.
If this team reverts back to the previous 30 years before Allen came on board these ridiculous prices would never work in buffalo.

How long were you a season ticket holder?

Your perception might be that the drinking has gotten worse at Bills games but that's not been my perception.    It's gotten almost clinical inside the stadium compared to the 1980's and 1990's.

I think genetically we are just wired to become more irritable/sensitive to the behavior of others and stop caring as much about things we once did as we get older.

It's a WHOLE LOT easier for me to skip a Bills game now than when I was in my 20's.   It's an effort getting up and putting in those 12-14 hour days tailgating and it didn't used to be.

I’ve been a season ticket holder for years before I gave them up. The ST holders next to my seats constantly sold them to the public which made my experience terrible. From drunken people and puking it was a terrible experience. Hence why I gave them up. To be honest I do not miss it one bit.
