my dad was so excited to see Barkley in action today... he loves the underdog story. He basically worshipped Flutie in the late 90s.
Backup QB is always the most popular dude in town.

Sweet. This Barkley guy can show us all what a real qb looks like.

End of discussion. the guy is clueless when it comes to putting together a top offense.
28th in the league in pass offense. ranked bottom 10 in almost every single important category. You saw on that last drive how he is holding back this offense. How come when the game is on the line our offense suddenly becomes alive? Allen was going off script and making plays with his arm and legs.
Daboll has 1 more year to figure his job out or he needs to go. being ranked bottom 5 pass offense as a 10 win playoff team is a joke.
And he still schemes 2 touchdown passes a game that Josh misses. Dont forget that part.

Good qb hits that. Another Joshtastic ending.

Got hit open guys and he isn’t. Reads are correct. That’s encouraging but he’s not performing with the throw.
Yeah. Not a qb probably isnt the right phrase. He just needs to get way better throwing balls where they need to be.

I’ve decided Buffalo isn’t even trying to win this game. Basic defense and no blitzing. Very very vanilla and a stark contrast from what we’ve done.
Let’s see if I’m wrong. If they don’t start bringing the heat it’ll be obvious.
I've decided that Josh isnt a quarterback. I've puffed a ton of Josh hopium, but you cant continue to miss open guys and be good in the nfl.

Strap in for a beatdown fellas.

Where do you feel he has specifically improved from year 1 to year 2? I am asking for your view or perception, because although I am seeing SOME improvement, there is no huge leap that is apparent: he is taking fewer BIG hits.
o he was sacked 28 X last year, and already he has been sacked 34 X this year.
o he is on pace for about the same number of INTS.
o fumbling remains an issue.
o Pct % completion has gone up, but still below 60 %.
o passing games was 31st in league last year, 27th in league this year.
Better draft a guy. Who do you recommend?

Where are the comments from that loser Gator? Must be carpooling to the Social Security office with his bum family. Gotta try to get an SSI advance for the holidays.

As Eric Wood said on the pregame the other day.......they lack a #1 WR that their young QB can just go to for a play when the defense is taking everything away..........that's their glaring weakness.
But Carolina made it to a SB with Philly Brown and Ted Ginn as their top WR's. You don't have to be stacked from top to bottom.
Indeed they did, but Olsen had a fantastic year as Cam's favorite target. That team was stacked at QB, Oline, TE, and RB. Their wide receivers were crap.

Speculation from one of the beat guys on wgr yesterday is that he has a groin or something going on. Would explain lack of production. Dont quote me on the groin, could have been something else but think they said groin.

I say keep in the the playoffs but suspend Belicheck for a full season next year. This is the 3rd time he was CAUGHT cheating.
Completely agree. Didn't the bounty gate result in a year long suspension? At this point the NFL is fostering an environment that incentivizes this behavior.

I honestly doubt the NFL would even let him play this year. And it blows my mind anyone would want that scumbag at all.
It was more a discussion around highly talented lunatics than hoping they sign AB.
There is almost no way the nfl let's him play. While he is a wildly talented lunatic he is also a scumbag as you stated. Maybe AB wasn't the right reference. Someone more along the line of a TO...crazy but talented.

If you were told that if you sign AB now, you will make Superbowl, but the next 6/7 weeks are going to be an image nightmare, but he wins you huge games...do you/they sign him?
Do we sell our soul to win?Me personally? Where do I sign. The people trying to building a first class winning team, highly doubtful.

I don't see us ever being that team or getting to that point where McBeane add lunatics to the team.
I would like to take the punt, but i'd be skeptical if they ever did.
Agreed. I think there is a really good lunatic out there currently. No way they go sign AB for a playoff run.
