  1. Significantly.  I didn't want him in the draft because accuracy rarely improves.   Not sure it will significantly improve but the "deep in" patterns have improved so there is hope.  Was not aware of his leadership abilities.  Was not aware he could run.  I have noticed him sliding in the pocket to avoid the rush as opposed to just taking off.  That is a huge improvement.  We finally have a QB who can run a QB sneak.  Can't remember a QB we had who could sneak since James Harris.  Very skeptical and now sold on at least next year.

  2. 1. Keep both coordinators: Frazier is an easy pick.  My thinking on Dabol is that we have had 20 OCs in the last 18 years-some years we had 2.  Try some consistency.  This may help a young QB and every time you put a new system in you have to flip the roster to fit it and you lose another year.

    2. Draft positions that cost a lot of money QBs, Cornerbacks, pass rushers, Left Tackles.  Sign and pick up lesser positions: G, Linebackers, TE, Safeties, centers, DTs.  WRs. are wild cards.  Need a #1 WR?- draft them.  Trade down in the draft instead of up to acquire picks.  Draft QBs every year until you are sure you have the "one."  I don't think anyone should be sure about Allen yet.

    3. Dead Weight and gone: Somewhat obvious-Clay, Ivory, Ducasse.

    4. Think long and hard about:  Zay Jones, Shaq Lawson, John Miller, and Trent Murphy.  Zay is harmless cap wise but he may take snaps away from developing players.  Murphy continue to get hurt.

    5.  Trade MCoy to the highest bidder.  He may have one year left.  Some team may think he is a difference maker for a long run in the playoffs.  RBs relatively easy to find.

    5. Special teams coach and OL coach gone.

    6. Be wary of Free Agents who had career years in the last year of their contracts, often injured Free Agents, and Free Agents who are in the second half of their careers.
