Definitely appeared like that was the plan.
No, I didn't just make it up and I'm not the only one who thinks so. Guess this is made up too?!

none of those sites said he was going to sit the whole year

He doesn't have to start Peterman. He has Barkley.

if allen doesnt start i have plenty of yard work to do tomorrow
-
he lost the team
-
the talent level on offense dictates they have no choice but to tank
-
i think we are stuck with him next season lets see what he does with a rebuilt offense

Yeah, I'm not inclined to agree there. The chance was very small to begin with and then they did everything wrong around him.
i guess we will just have to disagree by the way any ideas on some lucky numbers

Why?
The truth is that fewer than 50% of 1st round QBs are successful, and when you take away the guys who go #1 overall, their success rate drops to around 30%.
History clearly shows Allen has about a 1 in 3 chance of working out. That's the reality we face.
i think if they surround him with talent he will be good . when he has had time in the pocket he hasn't looked bad, give him more experience he will be alright.
-
most of the guys getting down on allen are probably young, it takes a while and a good supporting class for success
-
the guy is just trying to get people going
-
nobody is going to give anything for a thirty year old rb with a 9 million dollar cap hit

-
i dont think we are going to get anything for a 30 year old running back with his cap hit.
sorry got in the wrong thread
