A couple of boats for the Cubans.

No I don't say the Bills suck. But I have eyes, I have friends with some eyes, who do know what they are talking about in regards to NFL skills. All I have heard from those friends is the blind epileptic squirrel doesn't have "it". I didn't "crusade" against JP during the entire season, as I commited to that just before the season started. I commited to giving him every benefit and looking for good things. Well the seasons over, and I have been pretty quiet on the issue. But it's interesting that more and more people are starting to see that he isn't the answer. Again I don't know the solution, but I know what it isn't. I don't know much about Nall so maybe he is, but the other two are not going to get us into the super bowl.

Oh look another liberal who waited until it became front page news, so he knew how to respond to an issue. Why don't you try actually thinking about an issue and your response to it before you are handfeed a bunch of incomplete facts and BS from the mainstream media. I know it's difficult, and you may have to read something beyond CNN, NYT, WP. But try it sometime, it's refreshing.

And stop crusading that the blind epileptic retarded squirrel is the answer.

Again, I guess you are going off the retard reaction and didn't actually read. these folks were arrested for public intoxication, not DWI. And the targets were the bar tenders who were continuing to provide alchohol to openly drunk people. -
Name one? We have a 3rd stringer from GB, a 1-7 guy who looks like a blind epileptic squirrel, and a career backup who had about 7 starts before last year. Be realistic, none of these guys would start elsewhere in the NFL>

People arrested for drinking

The bouncer took her from the bar. But go ahead, try again. Nice that the ones there to help were the ones inflicting the damage. -
We were 4-4 with another QB as the starter. We had less sacks with a career backup as the starter, a guy who wears cement shoes. Again, I don't know the answer, I just know what the answer isn't. Right now that includes two of the guys on our roster.

People arrested for drinking
VABills replied to Cheeseburger_in_paradise's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Nice sarcasm. You're right, so much better to let these people be a nuisance, cause problems at the bar, have a bar fight, or better yet, have them get knived or shot when they leave by the people that they offended. Didn't a girl recently get trashed, raped and murdered up your way, because she was out of control and drunk in a bar. -
Interesting Take on Body Armor
VABills replied to Ghost of BiB's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Why, you have forced vehicles that weren't meant to be armored have armor. Now those humvees, etc... waste more gas, can't go offroad, because they sink from the extra weight, or the undercarraige can't handle the weight and bumps. How many guys have died because their vehicles broke down/ran out of gas. How many really died from lack of armor? Do you really know? Also, even if they had the armor, how many would have really worn it? And yes the mule trains/elephants were armored. You may want to read some history and understand stuff before you question things. -

Interesting Take on Body Armor

Doesn't matter if it's one. Dehydration is a bad thing. Exhaustion gets you and your squad killed. But hey, feel good, your public opiinion got through those body armor to all those guys, who don't want them. Oh and it case you missed it because they were pushed through testing about 100,000 were recalled last year because of cracks in the plates, thus public opinion not only forced a bunch of guys to wear stuff most don't or won't wear, it also gave them poorly tested crap. But keep it up, people like you help the cause. Just not the right one. -

Damn I have been saying this for years Paul. Don't you listen? This has always been the case. The stuff may help but dying ofdehydration/exhaustion sucks works. -

People arrested for drinking
VABills replied to Cheeseburger_in_paradise's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
I stand corrected. But likely the people arrested were probably being !@#$s to the police when they showed up. Again, people need to relax, have fun, and not be jerks. I dod not believe being a jerk and bothering other people is protected by the constitution. Please do not say freedom of speech because there are caviats about being an ass towards others in exercising that right. -
I'd have to say "You are my sunshine". Since well it makes certain people here just cry they "wittle eyes" out when they hear mention of it. Right Eddie boy?

People arrested for drinking
VABills replied to Cheeseburger_in_paradise's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Where does it say anything about drinking and driving as the reason for the arrests? That is piss poor reporting and ignorant of anyone to read that into the arrests. The people were simply arrest for drunk in public, and I am pretty sure all 50 states and DC all have the same law. If you want to go to a bar, make an ass of your self and make others around you uncomfortable, then you should be arrested for being a nuisance. -

I believe you're right on the Blue Moon. Pretty good stuff. But I tend towards the Becks, Bass, guinness myself. -

Yes, because he isn't Teague first off. Second, he has a good Wonderlic and IMHO that is important for a center. I haven't really seen him play, so beyond that I cannot say too much. -

He actually does a decent job from what I understand. I believe the cats destroy all evidence after each game, so the next opponents scouts do not get ahold of the info. -

It's based on salary and time played against other higher paid players at the position. A certain amount is contributed and split based on time played and salary, with the lower paid players in "higher" priced positions getting more. It has nothing to do with performance, other then being good enough for a specific team to be able to play more, and being low paid. -
