I believe the two easiest solutions are play the Bills/Bengals game in 2 Sundays, pushing the playoff games back a week but keeping the SB date the same, or…..

Not playing the Bills/Bengals game and allowing 8 teams into the AFC playoffs because teams are fighting for the top seed and fighting to get in. It wouldn’t be fair to teams with playoff aspirations to not make it because a game isn’t played. Also, nobody would get the top seed and no bye.

I kind of like this idea

I'm affected, too, and I wonder why I feel more emotional about this event than the countless other tragedies I read about all the time. Why this one? It's not just me and us; the whole country seems to be in distress.

It was scary at first and then watching the 1000 mile stare, tears and fear in Josh Allens eyes made this situation traumatic for me.  I'll never forget the worry and concern from those eyes.  Scary stuff man.  Prayers up to Hamlin, his family, friends and the entire Bills Organization and community.

This sets up to be a pretty even match up. Bengals receivers are no joke and the Bills have proven time and again we are incapable of shutting down a true # 1 receiver which Chase is.

Burrow is definitely in the same group as Mahomes and Allen.

I would like to have more knowledge on how the Bengals handle mobile QBs. I struggle to underrate any defense that has beat Mahomes three times.

All in all I really would rather win and have KC and Cincinnati throw down in Round 2.

Yeah if we want home field this is a MUST win.  Without it we probably end up as the 3 seed.

  4. Honestly those were really tough wide receivers to play against and the fact that we didn't hear either of their names that often is good.  The dolphins were testing White all game long and he played a solid game.  I really like Elam and he will eventually become CB2 in this defense.  Bills don't play rookies much unless they have to.

  5. I don't look at it as the sky is falling or anything.  This schedule has been brutal and they are 10-3.  Yes, you are what your record says you are but it's not a huge stretch to say this team could be 13-0.  If Allen doesn't dirt the touch down to McKenzie in Miami.  If McKenzie comes up with the 3rd and 2 catch in New Jersey.  If Allen hadn't fumbled on the goal line against the Vikings.  Yes they are not blowing teams out but a win is a win.  If they can get that #1 seed it's going to be really hard to come in here and knock them off.

  6. I don't live in Western NY but all the weather forecasts I am seeing says about half an inch and hour during game time and 29 degrees.  What am I missing?  1-3 inches during the game is definitely enough to cause issues but where are people seeing the reports this will duplicate the colts game or be upwards of a foot of snow fall during the game?

You know for most of the season they averaged the most yards per drive in the NFL and are currently 2nd right? We also have the fewest punts in the NFL.  I know we have ridiculous and impossible to meet standards but let's give it a rest with this type of silliness.

You know they have done all of that with McKenzie dropping EVERYTHING.  It's not silly to expect an NFL receiver to be able to catch a 7 yard pass and or get some yards after said catch.  It's also not unreasonable to expect this high powered offense to stop getting them selves in 3rd and hope situations 4 times on an 80 yard drive.  There is an issue here.  Yes, we are spoiled as compared to the past 25 years but it's ok to point out flaws.

If true, sounds like Josh lost confidence in Gabe and McKenzie.

This team would be 12-1 right now if McKenzie could catch a ball.  He cost us week #3 to the dolphins and week #9 to the Jets.  Something has been off with this offense for the better part of the season.  They can't keep drives going so defenses can play tough on the deep passes and it shuts us down.  The Bills window is open right f@$$ing now and they need to figure this out.  I am pleased they are trying.

Why not just go next door and have a chat with your neighbour?  If it's him, tell/ask him to knock it off.

I've actually gone over 2 times to speak with him and he never answers the door.  2 days ago he he actually dumped a bag of leaves he had cleaned up at some point this fall and blew them all under my deck.  I went running outside and told him he was being rude, trespassing and if I ever saw him on my property again or if he aimed him blower in the direction of my house I would contact the police and a lawyer.  He laughed and said I didn't know you were home 🤬

Set up invisible electric fencing so if he does this it shocks him.

Surprisingly there are laws about booby traps on your own property.  I looked 🤣

  10. Hey everyone, I am looking for opinions on outdoor security cameras.  We live in a city neighborhood where the houses sit probably 20-30 ft from each other.  We are having an issue with a neighbor coming on to our property and blowing his yard debris on to our property and actually blowing the debris under our bushes next to our house.  He does all of this when we are not around.  Another neighbor tells us it's him.  So it's time for cameras.  Any recommendations?

  11. 1. Georgia

    2. Michigan

    3. TCU

    4. Ohio State

Absolutely strange year in College Football.  In normal years there are 5-6 teams you could make an argument for getting into the playoff.  This year there is literally 4.  Zero 2 loss teams have ever made it and the committee has been quite vocal in prior years that 2 losses is a line they won't cross.  So we have these 4 teams and a hog pile of 2-3 loss teams.  Some are Conference Champions but that's not enough to negate their losses.  Georgia is clearly the best team in the nation and Michigan has defeated everyone they have crossed paths with, so those are the top 2.  TCU and Ohio State could go 3 or 4 in any order but I think you need to give the edge to TCU because their loss was on a neutral field in OT while Ohio State lost at home by 22.  Also I really doubt the committee would "punish" Michigan by having to play Ohio State in the semifinal.  Make Ohio State earn that rematch if it's going to happen.  🤷
