Yeah, disappointed. This is one I thought we’d lose, though. I still think we have one or two losses to go, 13-4 or 14-3.
Titans got some lucky breaks, that’s how it goes sometimes. Still a bummer.

Some tough breaks. It happens some games. Sucks, but we’ll be just fine.

I don’t know about game ball worthy, but: Josh Thomas- he has flashed several times these last two games. As has Hamlin. I had no idea we had this level of safety depth.
Trubisky of course and Gilliam get game balls.
And AJ Epenesa gets the “ohh s&*%!” award for planting that LT on his backside.

Brieda looks like you have to use him to his specific strengths, struggles outside that.
I hope so, I really want him to succeed.

Hollister has some wheels, Trubisky was excellent. Some excellent D lineman are gonna get cut. Anyone else catch Zimmer chase down the receiver on the bubble screen?
Another average showing by Brieda, other than the almost touchdown.- 2

Marlon Humphrey. I don’t understand why he isn’t mentioned more in the top CB conversation. Him and Tre would be amazing.

I rewatched the game but focused in on Spencer Brown, he consistently got to the second level on run plays and he pancaked lineman 3-4 times. It was really impressive watching him blow a guy up at the line and then hit someone at the second level.
He was solid for the most part in pass pro, but had a tough time with Okwara’s speed.
I think Spencer Brown is going to be a keeper.

Stevenson and Andre Smith. Webb also looked competent.

avg in US is aprox 3.5% to 3.9% of men in gen pop as Gay or Bi.. So more like 1 or 2 per team. I only count 53 man roster that made team after preseason due to Sam did not count per this board. Even though he was drafted, in camp, cut at 53 man deadline so did not count per this board. Then on practice squad but never put on the 53 man roster and so does not count according to this board.
I would also add football is such a masculine sport i doubt it attracts GB leaning individuals so that 2 number per team is likely possibly lower.
Gallup poll last year shows over 5% reported being gay/bi. That’s people willing to admit it. Some sociologist say it’s more likely 10% and growing. And there are 90 players on every team right now.
Maybe you’re right and the sport doesn’t attract lgbtq individuals, I disagree, but I have no way of knowing either.

Whatever...shudder away. My point is, if you have one member openly seeking the opposite sex, within the confines of showering together, it MIGHT happen. an attraction at the very least. Is that mathematically improbable??
What’s mathematically probable is that there’s already likely 5 players on every teams roster who are gay/bi and are just not out, following national statistical trends.
Do you want these people rooted out? What test would you advise? Show every player a picture of boobs and see who says “oh yeah!” Or “ewww”?
Carl is the same guy he was last year when he was showering with the team.

That’s awesome. Proud of him.

Didn’t Butler restructure? So there wouldn’t be any cap savings from cutting him, might even have a penalty.

Makes sense. We were great at pressuring the QB, not so great at getting the sack. This guy finishes. He’s huge, long arms. Blink and it’s Bruce.

There are few players I hate more than him. Maybe it’s not fair, I don’t know the guy, but I hate everything about him from his tiny feet to his beady eyes. I can’t say for sure, but I think he punches children and women, and double parks in his massive pickup truck he bought to feel like a man.
Anyway, best of luck ***** face!- 2

I just saw that we signed Matakevich to an extension which frees some cap space:

Yes yes yes. I really think we need a burner RB, someone that’s a threat to break long runs and take some pressure off the passing game.

A speed running back. As seldom as we run the ball, we need a back that threatens the D with long run potential. A bruiser doesn’t work for what we do.

After the Miami game I legitimately thought Daboll was hiding him to utilize in later playoff games. Guess not.

My advise: shut the tv off. Don’t watch or listen to anything all week. Put football out of your mind. Let the Bills not exist in your mind for a while, you’ll come back to it when you’re ready.

Seriously, what a buffoon Lafleur is!
THAT will go down in NFL history as one of the Top 5 stupidest decisions, at a critical moment!
He simply shrank under the spotlight!
Even if they missed the 4th down touchdown, you still would’ve had TB taking over at the 8 yd line and you’d have all time outs and the 2 minute. I don’t get the decision at all.

We’ve been riding this ‘no one respects us’ train for a while, it’s working for us this year so let’s not get off it now.

I did not see anything like that.
Yeah, didn’t look like it was from a head impact. Looked like it was from tension on the neck.

This game is reminding me of the Bills/Houston game last year.
I don’t trust Cleveland’s mental fortitude. I agree with you. It’d be very Browns like to end up losing.
