I get that it could happen...and one time would be too many... but has any football player ever died from concussions? The concussion protocol is a relatively new thing and I don't recall anyone every dying before. It's more about long term health. Tua should take a long break, and I'm not just saying that as a Bills fan, he has his whole life to think about.

We are you always a dick?

  2. Ugh. Re-watching the game on NFL network now. After the safety and free kick we had the ball on our 23.  If he got off the quick punt we would like have had the ball with 1:33 around their forty (or better). with four downs I think it is more likely than not we would have scored a TD.  )= lets hope all the bad luck landed on this game

What does it mean? Besides a "1" in the loss column? You can't come away from that game thinking the Dolphins are a better team. They're miles behind. They got lucky breaks in their house. A house they can't even fill with their own fans.

To me this is like the loss to New England in that blizzard.  unfortunately the game conditions didn’t work out and more injuries than I’ve ever seen a team have.  unlikely to be close at home.

Impressive 2nd half on offense got the Dolphins, but the Ravens aren’t the measuring stick… we’ll see what Tua looks like next week when the defense doesn’t wilt, breakdown or allow passes over the top .

Exactly the people hitting the panic button apparently didn’t watch the game or even highlights.  it was a total defensive breakdown by the defensive backs. they were terrible and literally pointing fingers at each other and were confused.  I don’t see that happening with our safeties.

Just want to say that I loved the way Singletary was used as an outlet by Josh today. I think this, combined with zone runs off tackle are the style of offense that uses his strengths best. Get him in space where he can make defenders miss instead of running him up the middle. Those dump off passes to him gave some consistency to the offense to let them have time consuming drives down the field.

The best play that they used over and over again was faking the run to him and then dropping it over the line where he’d be wide-open in the middle

They also went on ad nauseum about the Patriots running game and the Bills lack thereof.  The Patriots are 12th in the league in rushing yards per game, right behind the Bills at 11.  Kay mentioned how bad the Bills running game is if you take away Josh Allen's rushing totals...okay fair point, but nobody talks about the Ravens rushing totals if you take away Lamar's numbers.

It's just such a spin game and the media is playing everything into their narrative.  It is frustrating because as a Bills fan you can see the holes in their analysis, but it isn't like this team hasn't been overlooked before so we should be used to it.

What so silly to me is the constant theme of “if you take Allen’s rushing out.”  Like it doesn’t count if he rushes for 10 yards because it’s not running back.

I don't post here much, but read the threads daily. But I can't stand the words scared and fear. Should we be concerned about the Ravens? Sure. But to say we're scared is chickensh*t. They're a good team that deserves respect,  not fear. Carry on...

We were on their 14 yard line when we lost the game last year.  there were tons of dropped passes that won’t likely happen this year.  we are far better this year. They are worse. They are good but the last five games were against creampuffs except the Titans.

If we end up winning a Super Bowl...is this the toughest game we could have?

I know KC lit us up a bit on the ground in the 1st go round, but that was because of the conditions. I feel like both them and a potential match-up with Green Bay would be our passing game against their passing games, and our pass defense is probably the best out of those teams.

The Ravens are a different animal.  It's the best D we're likely to face, and they can control the clock w/ that running game.

I think Colts was toughest D

I was hoping we’d avoid Baltimore.  They have been one of the hotter teams in the league as of late and seems like LJ8 is looking more like the player that won the MVP last year.  Really worried about our run defense.  We got gashed for some big runs by the Colts.  It must be better against Ravens or it will be bad news for us.

They played mostly terrible teams on their “hot streak.”

I get the frustration but I really don't think it's because of our backs, although like others here I really would like to see Yeldon active more often and I do not understand why he isn't.  To me it's blocking and maybe more than anything else it is play calling.

What is troublesome is the staff says “everything is earned here” but Ford starts not Spain. Yeldon often a healthy scratch.  Annoying.
