I didn't say it was my "take" nor do I believe making new "subjective rules" is necessary.  Have you ever thought about something, analyzed it, and tried to see how it might be addressed in the future?  Maybe I'm overthinking it. Thanks for your terse response.

Fair enough.  I definitely do think you are overthinking it.  These types of tackles happen every single game.  this was just a one-off freak accident that'll more than likely never happen again.

If the Bills play Thursday and then Monday,  the league could consider giving the 2 seed a bye and allowing an 8th team into AFC playoffs

Just stop.  there is no way the league would ever add/subtract a team into the playoff mix this late in the game.  Since there is a one week bye before the SB, just eliminate that "week off" and push the playoffs one week to the right.  The Bills/Bengals game could be played during the first originally scheduled week of the playoffs.  No matter what the NFL decides to do, it will leave a lot of people unhappy.  The commish has the absolute biggest decision to make of his life.

Jefferson most overrated catch of all time. Lewis literally squeezed the ball against his hand and then Jefferson gets lucky it didn't hit the ground on the way down. If lewis simply didn't exist on that play the ball falls incomplete. He caught it for him. What a bonehead.

I just don't understand why he didn't just try knocking the ball down.  Instead of Lewis trying to go for the interception, just bat the damn ball down.  Then it's game over.  Unless I'm missing something, he could've definitely prevented that catch from happening.

But you understand we can’t run the ball right? If that was even a possibility then absolutely. We are incapable of running the ball. Even in extremely light boxes from the fear of a rocket arm MVP QB…what’s it going to look like with a noodle arm journeyman back up. People have to kind of start looking at this realistically. Josh Allen and Diggs are the offense.

you do understand there's a difference between can't and won't, right?  The Bills rely heavily on Josh's talent instead of using all the pieces we have.  This is the reason why I was against going after CMC, because I don't think we would've used him in the ground game.  Singletary averages 4-5 yards a carry and gets plenty of chunk plays when he touches the ball.  He runs hard and keeps going.  Cook seems to be getting more capable of touching the ball as well.  We just need to give them more opportunities.  Passing the ball 40 times a game vs running only 10 times a game doesn't mean we can't run the ball, we just simply don't.

A possible answer. But he's got some injury concerns, hasn't had a full season yet

True.  But we don't have a solid record with him out of the lineup.  So to me, this is the biggest name that stands out to me on defense, minus Von Miller.

Vikings games are always HUGE for Diggs.  Hope he has a game like Beasley did on Thanksgiving against Dallass Cowpokes.

You're gonna have to educate me on this one.  You make it seem like he's played against his old team many times.  When has Diggs ever played against the Vikings?

-Can we please start using Shakir more.  I can't handle anymore McKenzie mistakes.  We aren't using him as a speed decoy anymore, so get the rookie some more reps

As usual, fantastic write-ups.  I couldn't agree more with this statement.  I can't recall how many times I was screaming at the TV for them to bench McKenzie and keep Shakir in the game.  Believe me, I hate saying this cuz I'm a huge McKenzie fan.  Maybe it's his personality that wins me over instead of his play.  Starting with game one against the Rams when he caused Josh's first int of the season, McKenzie just hasn't been the guy we thought he'd be.  I really hope we come out of the bye with Shakir getting more playing time, because I feel that he has earned it.
