Yup.  From day one you could just tell that he comes off as a nice, likable young man, but there is just something about him that says inside, he is a cocky SOB that believes he can do anything better than you.

I think "he is a cocky SOB that believes he todays Josh Allen can do anything better than you yesterdays Josh Allen". He's a "likable young man" because he focuses on competing against himself.

At the end of the day I look at this way.  If Barry played during the same years as Brown...who puts up the better stats.

Brown without a doubt. Barry would not be playing on super traction artificial fields. He would be playing on chewed up dual use grass fields. Under the field conditions Brown played under Barry isn't even a footnote in history.

His small bonus from the league is perhaps a reward for dressing for a grand total of one game in 2018 (he was called in for a kneel-down in Week 6).

The troubled quarterback has remained a free agent since then but appears to be making a comeback bid.

Took a knee and now out of the league! Coincidence. I think not. ?

That motley staff reminds me of the first dinner my wife tried to make me when we were just dating.

Instant scalloped potatoes, tuna fish, water chestnuts, and marinara sauce - horrifying. I didn't even try to fake that I liked it...I gagged and scraped my tongue off with a fork like a 2 year old. Some things are never meant to be brought together.

If you do all the cooking now I would say her plan worked to perfection.

  5. My personal MVP ended up being 2 MVP's. Wife who never watches football put $5 on a pool at work with 4 chances to win ($125 for each quarter). She brought home the paper similar to this only the numbers were not sequential but randomly assigned.

There was no explanation on how it worked so I surmised that it was either

    1. The last digit for each teams score using only what they scored in a quarter.

    2. The last digit of each teams total score at the end of each quarter.

Under option 1 the winners for each quarter would be:

      Pats Rams
    1st 0 0
    2nd 3 0
    3rd 0 3
    4th 0 0

Option 2 the winners for each quarter would be:

      Pats Rams
    1st 0 0
    2nd 3 0
    3rd 3 3
    4th 3 3

Turns out it was option 2. My MVP's were the field goal kickers for both teams as my wifes pool numbers were 3 and 3 thus winning the 3rd and 4th quarters. For a small fee my wife would be happy to offer consulting services on how to pick the right boxes on company football pools.

Most (probably all) NFL offenses run a lot of the same formations and plays with the only difference being the verbiage. It doesn’t surprise me that he can see a formation and know what’s going to happen. He’s still one of the best in the business.

There have been a lot of former NFL QB's that did color commentary and none of them are in the same league. As far as I am concerned he is the GOAT.

Devil’s advocate here....if they have enough angles, like the Edelman did he or din’t he touch it, that gets a lot more reliable. (But hey, I’m still not sure if he touched it, but I think they probably got it right?)

Not disagreeing. There are also going to be times when 2 eyes are going to be better than 2 dimensional cameras. There are also more cameras in a playoff game then there  are normally are during the regular season.
