Are we sure Gore had a better year?  He averaged 3.6 ypc and 2 tds.  Shady averaged 4.6 ypc (I m honestly shocked by that) and had 4 tds.  I don’t know if there is more to the story but when given carries, he’s actually been fairly productive.

I think Andy Reid was smart enough to bench him, and play him significantly less as the season went on. The Bills stubbornly kepy using Gore more then they should, which killed Gore's average.

Absolutely not. Every great QB plays for about 2 years past their true retirement age. During this time, they become a huge liability for their team. For what we’ve been through for the last 2 decades, we deserve every minute of that glorious downfall. I don’t want him out of the AFC East.

Its kind of like having that dream job when you were in high school. And then reality hits in your mid 20s. Since 2011, i was hoping we would start beating him regularly and we havent. Even this past year we couldnt beat him. Go to the chargers, we will still get to play against him once this year, but dont need to worry about him in our division anymore.

Listen, if he stays, fine. But we cant win the division until decemeber, so give me something to celebrate in March.

Wouldn't expect him to do anything different.  He has an interesting spin on his departure from Buffalo, though...said he was "better than the guys they had there" and the cut was a surprise because there were trade offers that the Bills "shot down."  Probably just a bit of an ego hit for the guy.  No harm no foul.  Singletary was much better than Shady would have been in our backfield last year.

Frank Gore had a better year too. That says alot. The chiefs have needed their best players on the field the last 2 weeks, and Reid hasnt had him touch the football once, and only played 1 snap.

I really hope he goes. It’s such a rarity to get Romo on CBS anyways. When other games are on I really don’t care as much about the announcer. Prime time, I want the best announcer. Currently, that is Tony Romo. It would drastically improve Monday Night Football.

The best announcers should be on the best games. If he goes to ESPN, he is stuck with whatever game the NFL schedule chooses for him. I think there were only 2 or 3 monday night games that were actually good matchups. On CBS he gets the best game of the week on their network. Usually nationally televised on 4:25 when CBS gets the double header. That game is flexible. With CBS he gets Thanksgiving day, 3 playoff games every year, and a super bowl once every 3 years. ESPN, he gets 1 playoff game every year, and never a super bowl.

I do not care at all how you would prefer to score or how comfortable you are winning by a TD scored by a correct interpretation of the rules.  I don't care if we play the 16 games against the 2019 Bengals if we win the super bowl.

I swear most of you won't be happy unless we go 19-0 winning by 30 every game and decline every penalty called in our favor.

None of what you said about me is true. Before the return man "fumbles the ball" the bills sent 3 extra guys on the field before the touchdown was scored. Correct interpretation of the rules would say "too many men on the field." Probably because everybody but the one referee thought the play was over.

What other rules would you like to ignore?  Having a team moved out of field goal position on a blind side block that wasn’t a blind side block In reality  is that ok? Ignoring the play clock that allows a drive continue for the game winning points is that ok? Just want to know where your line is???

Those are actual football things that the refs screwed up. Bills defense saw the play clock at zero, and lost a step. The blind side block, took a tough fought gain away from the bills. The entire sequence of the 2nd half kickoff is entirely stupid, id prefer my team score real touchdowns.

  7. They should get rid of the coin flip in overtime. And already have it pre-determined long before overtime starts who gets the ball first. Maybe have it be, whoever receives the ball in the first half, gets it in overtime as well, or something like that. It would change how most teams play the 4th quarter. Probably not in this case, as the bills did take several shots at the endzone here. But in a lot of cases it would.

  8. I mean, he has earned a third year as our starter. But we have seen these 3rd seasons either make or break QBs. He is year to year at this point, not franchise yet.

16 points were left on the board yesterday.

    Brown (6), Duke (6) & Hauschka (4)!

Heck - If Hauschka does not miss that extra point  - we are all celebrating a WIN right now.

    Lighten up, Francis!

Hauschka didnt miss a field goal, or an extra point yesterday. What are you talking about?
