Absolutely not. Every great QB plays for about 2 years past their true retirement age. During this time, they become a huge liability for their team. For what we’ve been through for the last 2 decades, we deserve every minute of that glorious downfall. I don’t want him out of the AFC East. Its kind of like having that dream job when you were in high school. And then reality hits in your mid 20s. Since 2011, i was hoping we would start beating him regularly and we havent. Even this past year we couldnt beat him. Go to the chargers, we will still get to play against him once this year, but dont need to worry about him in our division anymore.
Listen, if he stays, fine. But we cant win the division until decemeber, so give me something to celebrate in March.

Wouldn't expect him to do anything different. He has an interesting spin on his departure from Buffalo, though...said he was "better than the guys they had there" and the cut was a surprise because there were trade offers that the Bills "shot down." Probably just a bit of an ego hit for the guy. No harm no foul. Singletary was much better than Shady would have been in our backfield last year.
Frank Gore had a better year too. That says alot. The chiefs have needed their best players on the field the last 2 weeks, and Reid hasnt had him touch the football once, and only played 1 snap.

Tom Brady to Chargers. That’s been my prediction for long time, and I’m sticking to it
Its too perfect of an idea for Brady to go there. Play in his home state, anchor the LA fan base to being Charger fans in the new stadium. And Brady then mentors whoever the new guy or young guy would be there. Trying not to get too excited.

My wife is too excited that there is no Football this weekend. I suppose I should spend time with her, and not find alternative sports to watch.

Mcdermott for some reason likes to hold back rookies. The bills have lacked a good relief back for the entire time mcbeane has been here. Its definitely in my top 3 needs for this team this offseason.

There are sometimes leaks the morning of schedule release day, that end up being wrong. I think when philadephia hosted the opening thursday night football game, there was a rumored opponent for months, that ended up being wrong. Dont believe any leaks.

Schedule is usually released about a week or so before the draft. I would expect it sometime between April 13-17th.

I really hope he goes. It’s such a rarity to get Romo on CBS anyways. When other games are on I really don’t care as much about the announcer. Prime time, I want the best announcer. Currently, that is Tony Romo. It would drastically improve Monday Night Football.
The best announcers should be on the best games. If he goes to ESPN, he is stuck with whatever game the NFL schedule chooses for him. I think there were only 2 or 3 monday night games that were actually good matchups. On CBS he gets the best game of the week on their network. Usually nationally televised on 4:25 when CBS gets the double header. That game is flexible. With CBS he gets Thanksgiving day, 3 playoff games every year, and a super bowl once every 3 years. ESPN, he gets 1 playoff game every year, and never a super bowl.
-
I get that money wins over everything else. But CBS, he usually calls the best game for their network each week. He calls 3 playoff games every year, and a Super Bowl every 3 years. Calling Monday Night football is not a better opportunity at all. Curious if the money reported is actually true.

Its the first time we win the AFC East in 25 years. I dont care who is on the other 3 teams. The problem is, the bills cant win the division until December. But brady can leave the division as soon as March, so ill take it. Give me something to be happy about in March.
-
It was two teams that really played their hearts out. JJ Watt was well rested. And DeSean watson, and DeAndre hopkins stayed focused, even when they had a terrible 1st half. I think they benefitted from having more playoff experience then our guys. I rewatched the game myself, and i cant wait for next season.

10-6 again. There is no way the schedule could be easier, or even as easy as this year's schedule. We have enough cap space, to retain whoever we want to, and enough to add a couple more players. Focus on Wide Receiver and at least an offensive line men or two, and we can get the playoffs again.

I do not care at all how you would prefer to score or how comfortable you are winning by a TD scored by a correct interpretation of the rules. I don't care if we play the 16 games against the 2019 Bengals if we win the super bowl.
I swear most of you won't be happy unless we go 19-0 winning by 30 every game and decline every penalty called in our favor.
None of what you said about me is true. Before the return man "fumbles the ball" the bills sent 3 extra guys on the field before the touchdown was scored. Correct interpretation of the rules would say "too many men on the field." Probably because everybody but the one referee thought the play was over.

What other rules would you like to ignore? Having a team moved out of field goal position on a blind side block that wasn’t a blind side block In reality is that ok? Ignoring the play clock that allows a drive continue for the game winning points is that ok? Just want to know where your line is???
Those are actual football things that the refs screwed up. Bills defense saw the play clock at zero, and lost a step. The blind side block, took a tough fought gain away from the bills. The entire sequence of the 2nd half kickoff is entirely stupid, id prefer my team score real touchdowns.
-
I dont want a guy coming here, that thinks he is better then Josh Allen. AJ green probably would. I want a rookie, to develop with him. There are so many good receivers this year.
-
Theres no such thing as a free lunch, or a free td. This touchdown everybody is upset about is about as cheap of a touchdown as they come. Im not upset about this touchdown. Play football, and win the game that way. The guy was just handing the ball to the ref.
-
They should get rid of the coin flip in overtime. And already have it pre-determined long before overtime starts who gets the ball first. Maybe have it be, whoever receives the ball in the first half, gets it in overtime as well, or something like that. It would change how most teams play the 4th quarter. Probably not in this case, as the bills did take several shots at the endzone here. But in a lot of cases it would.
-
I dont want any more veteran receivers. Get the best receiver you can get in the draft.
-
We lost! Of course im going to be upset. I cant watch the bills play again until 34 weeks from now. That being said, this team has a solid foundation to build around.

We did. Like when we had a chance at a 54 yard FG to win in OT, but they called a crackback block which has been criticized by the former NFL VP of Officiating today.
Thats not the topic were discussing here. We are talking about the 2nd half kickoff.
-
What i take away from this video, is the bills still had plenty of opportunities to win the game. Its not the bills they are saying got screwed here. They are more worried about what the referees interpetting "giving yourself up" could lead to down the road.

Giving up that first down on 3rd and 18 was wayyy bad regardless of what the clock said
Unless the entire defense saw it at zero, and let up the intensity thinking the play wasn't going to count. By then it was too late.

I mean, he has earned a third year as our starter. But we have seen these 3rd seasons either make or break QBs. He is year to year at this point, not franchise yet.

Brown (6), Duke (6) & Hauschka (4)!
Heck - If Hauschka does not miss that extra point - we are all celebrating a WIN right now.
Lighten up, Francis!
Hauschka didnt miss a field goal, or an extra point yesterday. What are you talking about?

I think Andy Reid was smart enough to bench him, and play him significantly less as the season went on. The Bills stubbornly kepy using Gore more then they should, which killed Gore's average.
