The fact that he damn near averaged 1800 yards or more TOTAL for 5 seasons is crazy. Too bad Marshall Faulk gets all the credit for being a dual-threat.

I here ya! Faulk was real good. Thurman was better. Complete player! Great blocker! Some of those receptions he made as a RB were awesome. Great hands!

...good 'ol Gov is a piece of work, isn't he??....

Yeah. Having Trump in office has at least rooted out the enemies among us. Not that America is perfect but if you have ever served in other countries and really got a good look at them instead just tourist areas. You realize how blessed we are! Not by the things we have but by the opportunity and what freedoms that we still have! Cuomo and others simply don’t get that.

But, to the topic. Mcd is a heck of a coach and it really feels good to be able to trust the management at OBD. At least it definitely seems that we are headed for better things!

  3. Dreams! I’m in my early 50s. None of really knows how much time we have left; we are not guaranteed a tomorrow! I don’t dream much. Maybe because in life more often than not you are left disappointed.

In two short appearances Josh Allen has “wowed” me! Obviously the 2 touchdowns. But it’s been the other things too. The poise, athleticism, accuracy and decision making have beyond his experience. That incompletion to Thomas at the end of the first half was impressive. He bought time escaping to his right and fired a bullet toward Logan Thomas who had a defender on him with his back to Allen. He couldn’t get set enough to fully jump and pull the ball in, only touching it with one hand. What a throw in that situation. It’s my guy or no one! Hauschka then kicks the field goal.

I keep telling myself don’t dream. Not yet. No, there may not be a tomorrow! I’m going to dream!! And dream BIG!!!!

    Go Bills!

It was pretty bad last year, too.

They regressed from the season before for sure. Was it Ducasse or the Glenn injury? I’m not sure. Shady made them look good at times. They struggle much more in pass protect than the run. That speaks to lack of leadership when assignments are late or just plain missed! Maybe the new scheme needs more time. The run calls are much more varied now with Daboll. Some of these guys may never get it.

I’d throw Peterman to the Ravens, Chargers and Vikings so Allen doesn’t die

    Not a bad idea.

If Peterman wins, its his position to lose. But I think he will do just that and it will definitely be all in on Allen! That early schedule concerns me with a young Qb. 5 of 7 on the road!! Then the Pats at home! Tough spot to put a rookie!

If this competition were between Allen and a veteran, even a journeyman, I’d say maybe you let him sit for a while. However Peterman is not much of a veteran and has done nothing. The veteran teaching the rookie can not enter into this decision.

    Can’t argue with that logic.

  6. Good sign. You would think that vets like Alexander would know talent when he sees it. He doesn’t have to say anything if he felt negatively about Allen. He clearly states that the team would have just as much chance of winning with Allen as the other two qbs. That’s as a rookie too!

That TD pass last night showed me just about everything I need to know.

I think the search is - at long last - over.

Hope so. I didn’t think his mobility would transfer to the nfl. Guess I was wrong!

He caught it, but the pass was thrown out of bounds. Where was the tracking issue?

True, he caught it. It’s not his fault it was out. I was really thinking that we had a steal in Foster. Sounded like he had a lot of talent and was over looked. But, he slowed down almost stopping on the overthrow. Big mistake. Easiest receiver on the field to cover at that point. Look I hope he turns it around, he needs a huge showing tomorrow!!
