This guy?  And we care about his football predictions why?

With a good OL, it's quite common for a rookie OLman to spend a year learning the NFL game and pursuing NFL level strength and conditioning.

We do have competition on the OL, but if Ford doesn't start this year, it doesn't mean he's a crap pick either.

This. Hes a rookie. nuff said.

I mean, clearly I don’t care for the player. I also don’t fault him for working a job that pays him $645k despite him lacking the skills to perform that job. In a lot of ways that is what I admire most about Nate. Earn as much as you can until they cut you off. The American Dream

^^^^^^This. Exactly right. Will never forget how he shouldered all of the slings and arrows sent his way after being trotted out to take 100% of the fall each time the Bills blew up without making any excuses--while the rest of the horrendously awful supporting cast slunk away like the Colts moving out of Baltimore on a weekly basis. NP should always get credit for that, if nothing else. I'm just happy that Allen seems to have much of the same kind of straight up great character, to go along with his franchise type tools/ability on the field.

Seriously. The kid got grilled nationally and keeps fighting. I ***** respect that. In a society where everyone is programmed to give up and take the path of least resistence, there is honor in things like this. We must recognize that side of this. Beyond football.

I think he's limited physically.  There's times when he just can't thrown the ball hard enough and the defense closes in on him or the receiver.

That's why he looks good when there's no real pass rush - he throws the ball with good timing when there's time for it to get there.

Fair assesment. This could develop if he doesnt give up. Its tuff when u look at what the kid has been thru. He might not have the arm strength to be the guy yet,  but Peterman has grit. Hes proved that much.

Tyrod went to the playoffs as a starter, Fitz as much as I like him, never has with many more opportunities.

This isn't even a discussion. Tyrod is by far the best out of the 3.

And why do you like Barkley over Tyrod?

Barkleys passing game is better. Tyrod is still my dog tho. If we had a better running attack Tyrod would be a perfect back up.

By the way, if you're going to try to do an " in depth analysis" of somebody's mechanics, your should do your research first.

There is so much wrong with your post.

"5) Baseball throwing style for infielders (pushes the ball rather than creating the traditional 90 degree bracket between humerus, ulna, forearm and bicep)"

    What are you talking about?

Baseball infielders don't push the ball.

    They whip it.

The force on the medial aspect of the elbow joint causes increased strain on the medial collateral (aka ulnar collateral) ligament

This is called a "valgus force"

This is increased exponentially when dropping the elbow below the shoulder, or "sidearming" the ball repeatedly.

This causes strain to the medial aspect of the elbow complex.

Surgical repair of the ligament, aka Tommy John, is when the ligament is torn.

I've never seen them do a compartment release, unless it's an ulnar nerve transposition.

This has nothing to do with "90 degree bracket between humerus, ulnar, forearm and bicep" unless you're talking about keeping the elbow above or at shoulder height while throwing.

Your ulna is your forearm (along with your radius), and your humerus is your upper arm, which is where your biceps brachii is located.

Drop the mic and walk away bro.

Too much ether in here :lol:

Murray will suck but I'm just a lowly every day fan. What do I know? Cards should trade down as many times as possible.

    Honesty. Nice.

I don’t know, man...that’s still a steep price to pay for a non QB that hasn’t proven they can play in the NFL yet...I guess I’m a little more conservative on the subject, as we’ve been trading up an awful lot the passed few years...I don’t think we are at the point in our team development where we are 1 player away.

I can agree we are not one player away. This regime trades up n down every year tho,I see them trading up if they see value. Beane is aggressive i like that. ER is a premium position and position of need.

In a recent interview, McD talked about getting  pressure on the QB and mentioned he thought outside (DE) pressure was easier to counter than inside (DT).

I think it was his PC from the nfl meetings?

Wow. We still need an er but maybe derm likes dts better

If the first 4 shake out that way, I’m doing whatever I can to trade to 5 for Allen

I hope the Jets trade back as I don’t want to face Bosa or Allen twice a year

I was thinking similar hate to see us not make an attempt to get bosa.

Also if we sign LB JAllen, the name space and time paradox should reverse the flutie curse. Its all relative.
