Colts led by Carson Wendy’s put up 41 points on the #1 Defense in the NFL while playing away.

I'd say Jonathan Taylor led the Colts today.  Wentz is a game manager and his job is not to fumble the handoffs.

He threw an easy pick in overtime a few weeks ago when they could have beaten the Titans.

Colts are a good team, no one needs to go on suicide watch over this.

It's worrying as that was his mo before this season. Make good plays but drop a bunch of easy ones and fumble. It looked like he overcame it until today.

Haze, just picking, my man.  He definitely wasn't clutch before this year... like you, I'm hoping it's just injury-related and not that he's regressing.

For all the talk about what we need personnel-wise, the greatest teams have/had pro-bowl tight ends.  We HAVE to find ours, I hope it's going to be Knox.  Allen needs a lifeline that he can hook up with consistently when the outside protection is tough and you need a quick release.

Just don't trade for another Charles Clay please.

Hey they should ask Reich to suit up for Allen and try another legendary comeback.

I will always be a Frank Reich fan.

Hate to see our boys get beaten like this, but Frank deserves the success.  He came up with a solid game plan and got his team ready to play.

As many of you have pointed out, the difference in our team and the teams we're being compared to is in the trenches.  The Colts have some great talent on the line.

Is it really that sick that I'm okay with such a bad performance so that some coaching changes can be made?  I've never ever liked the Fraizer (sp?) defense, I've never been big fan of Daboll...and now, I'm not so big on McD.  I do like Beane though.  Hope he has the gumption to shake this up next season.  I would give McD *maybe* one more year....but I'll have to see how the rest of the season shakes out.

I started typing up a response earlier about Frazier's defenses... even going back to Minnesota, always talented, always ranked, but not what I'd call scary.  I wish McDermott was our defensive coordinator, too, to be honest.

I'm back to Earth.  We all know what it's like being a Bills fan.  What do we always say?  There's always next year...

    Circle the wagons!

I'm not writing off this year yet.  Our team looks to be going 6-4 and while stumbling at the moment, they are right in the thick of things.

There are SEVEN games left to play.

Say hello to the first place New England Patriots.

Well if our boys want the division, they know what they have to do.

Teams match up and play differently from one week to the next.  I just hope our guys are healthy and in position in the last few weeks of the season.  We're losing a battle but haven't lost the war of 2021 just yet.

Some of the "burn it down" posts are extreme, for sure.  You want to go back to 2008?  No thanks.  I like what they're building in Buffalo.  I'm sure we'll see some key positions get addressed when the time comes.  In the meantime, you've got to work with what you've got, come up with good game plans, then execute.

We've laid some eggs recently... but we were all cheering them like madmen a month ago.  Don't burn your Bills gear yet and see how it plays out.

Frank Reich is a good coach and the Colts have some serious talent.  Remember, they were a playoff team last year too.

So, by that logic, why hasn’t he Retired?

The choice is get the Vax and join society or stay home, where hopefully you aren’t a danger or a foul up to anyone else!

Maybe I'm missing something but from what I've seen, vaccinated players are missing time too.

As for retirements, be careful what you wish for.

I don't wanna be that guy.... but I have been nervous about this all day. I don't think we are gonna be able to pull this out.

The Colts are a good team despite the record, coached by a great coach.  If the Bills win, they're going to have to outslug the opponent.  Anyone that thought this would be a cake walk for the Bills was dreaming.

Wasn't that the Patriots game for years?

Amen... Brady was a dink and dunk guy... sound strategy along with run the ball, play good defense, avoid penalties.

Same was true for Parcells Giants teams where Belichick grew to fame... Simms threw a lot of "high percentage passes" as I recall... winning formula along with great defense and solid running game.

All of those teams had better than average to great tight end play as well.

  10. Win some, lose some... this is why folks don't get rich betting football.

I think they looked past the Jaguars. Better not make the same mistake with the Jets.

I don't care what we looked like today, I wouldn't trade places with a Jagoff fan.  Our team isn't as good as some thought... but no one was penciling Tampa Bay in for Super Bowl participant at this point last year.

    Let's see how they react.

This game is exactly why I wouldn't have given Allen the big contract until after this season. I needed to see him reproduce last year again before I committed long term, no matter the cost.

I'll take the sweet and sour of the Josh Allen experience in a SKINNY MINUTE over the previous twenty years of Bills QB play.  There's much more sweet than sour anyway... remember, he was a project QB three years ago.
