Fair to say he’s bowing out of the pro bowl charades?

If they hire Curry do we get a comp pick? Or is that only for GM and HC?

If baseball players can be held out for using PEDs and gambling then football coaches can be held out for getting caught cheating multiple times.
I thought someone might bring that up in response to me. It’s a fair point. To many, cheating is cheating and I respect that. I’m honestly not sure where I land in that regard. I’m just not sure I agree they are the same transgression. The guy, love him or hate him (personally, I hate him), certainly has the bonafides of a first ballot HOFer.

Id rather have Roman Moronie than Greg Roman.

Dylan McDermott or Dermot Mulroney?

It's done and while people can share opinions there's no use whining about the coach. There was no selection that would've been risk free.
Support the Bills if you're a fan..support Brady, Allen, etc.. or move on.

Don’t feel bad for them. We get hosed. Nix gets hurt forcing Stidham. Cheats fatigue is still a thing. Ball don’t lie.

Haven’t we done this before?

Him or Jimmy Leonard and…

Still pretty disappointed with the decision overall, but after my initial reaction of complete disgust, I do get why they may have landed here. Again, not my first choice, but I get some of the thinking behind it.
Go bag Jimmy Leonard as the DC and get someone who can help Brady with more creative approach to the pass game (i.e., more easy button options for Josh) as OC, then I’ll be back in the boat with the coaching side of things. Beane has to have a sun glasses meme BBB type of off-season on the personnel side (especially at receiver) to win me back.
Full disclosure - what f’n choice do I have? I’m a captive audience. No way in hell I’d root for anyone else. Love this team like a family member. Not just laundry for me. I’m such a dope 😭.

Given that Kromer retired, I believe we need a new oline coach and basically a new run game coordinator.
What about Greg Roman? He seems like a good fit. I believe he is more of a power-gap run guy, which would fit our current personnel.
Given that Brady will continue to call plays, it seems like we wouldn’t have to worry about Roman’s shortcomings as a passing coordinator or play caller.
Good idea or no?
Not a terrible idea if Kromer was truly the architect of the run game. But id prefer a new idea with someone who can help Brady improve the pass game.

Totally good with this. He was given ***** ingredients, but optically he had to go. Weakest position group on the team.

There’s a world where Thanos and Neegan were also the good guys.

People forgetting Babich is one helluva position coach. I agree he had to go, and that he was a bust as DC, but the guy’s position groups were always well coached.

He literally traded a 1st round pick+ for Stefon Diggs in his 2nd year here.
What is wrong with you guys? So defeatist, it's embarrassing.
How about since then (particularly since Diggs left)? Now that’s embarrassing.

He can stay, but back to coaching LBs or safeties for you. Not as DC.

McGovern should be a re-sign. I don’t think you can sign Edwards. But you do have to be careful if you intend to extend Torrence, which I’m not sure they will be able to do.
I’m resigning Edwards and McGovern if I can and letting cybo walk, trade, or tag and trade. Or trade Dawkins and keep the middle together. I like him, but Cybo is the weakest link of the bunch right now.

don’t believe Beane’s job is on the line regarding Brady’s success.
Beane bought himself a lot of good favor with Terry for picking Josh. McD immediately went against Terry his first draft in not picking Mahomes (Terry was rumored to love Mahomes, but didn’t want to be seen as stepping on McDs toes). In his mind, Beane saved the org and cleaned up after McD. Don’t think the old man has forgotten about that.

A "CEO" Leader: Fitzpatrick explains that Beane was specifically looking for a "CEO-style" head coach—someone with high emotional intelligence and a pulse on the building, rather than just a "schemer" who locks themselves in an office [02:12].
Thought this was a swipe at some of the young cats fans preferred (Udinski, Scheelhaase). They say they don’t listen to this stuff, but they do.

Listening to Eric Wood’s podcast with Connor McGovern and he’s certainly
good with Brady as HC (wouldn’t expect otherwise) but did I miss something?… because he’s talking like he’s on this team moving forward.
I agree. Certainly didn’t seem like he was planning on leaving.

First Brady Assistant Hire, OL Coach Pat Meyer

Interesting. That’s saying something with Rodgers, who tried to get rid of the ball quickly but can no longer really move around like he used to. Essentially a statue.
