With that decision McDummie told his team he has ZERO confidence that they can't stop the Jets back up QB on a 3rd and 20 or whatever it was, are you kidding me. If I was a defensive player I'd be done playing for this clown! The process is done, this coach is not the guy who can win a Lombardi with, and this year will be really telling because the rest of the league has caught up to the Bills.

I think Josh tries to do too much because the play design and coaching are lacking. He thinks he can make up for it with his talent and he can't then he gets frustrated and then makes bad decisions and it snowballs from there.

Welp, too many times i've seen these Bills coaches outcoached and outcoached bad, that said Josh certainly needs to be way way better. I've said it since 13 seconds that the coaching staff is holding this team back.

Yup, as much as I liked Singletary, I think Cook is a HUGE upgrade at RB. Those 3 or 4 yard Singletary runs will turn into 9 or 10 yards runs for Cook and it will make the Jets change it up which will only help Josh.
