Some teams value the WR position. Chargers and Bucs being two of them. I wouldn't say the Bills undervalue the positions as much as they disrespect it.

We needed Defense this draft. We needed DL this draft. Guess we'll see.
but they were late 3rd rounders and we didn't trade up for them. We didn't need 3tech, signed ogunjobi, and just traded up for carter last year!
