McD has no imprint on this team he is just the CEO that does PR and claps, Dorsey runs the offense no accountability , Frasier does the Defense no accountability. So why is he even here. Other coaches are involved with players om the sideline talking making adj but not him.

McD is a defensive coach yet is D is a mess. the trend is O minded head coach we are stuck in the past . At least we will be back in the nobody talks about us mode next season

We are a finesse team , no dogs or desire, its almost a corprate attitude

Josh needs a OC with experience , he need to be coached not just wing it. Team is going backwards and getting older, secondary and D line plus Oline needs overhaul. Not sure about McD , its Marvin Lewis 2.0 , if we do nothing this is a wildcard team next season. face it we are not on the level of KC and Cinn, Also need a solid number 2 WR Gabe is hit or miss. more speed we look old and slow.
