I never really cared for it. Part of me finds it kind of cheesy. It is what it is I suppose.
I'm with you.

I think you're going to see a lot of market changing deals happening. The cap is projected to go up big time.

It was actually the Japanese, not the Germans.
Obviously you completely missed the Animal House reference.

I would not want that Cardinals job. Crappy team and ownership.

Worst part is he was mediocre when they signed him to that huge contract. He was still mediocre when he injured his knee. Now I'm sure the franchise is hoping he can come back by the middle of next year and not be worse than mediocre. What a mess of their own making.

I am not usually that dude that acts like a downer on threads but does anyone really care that the niners got us by one point?
Probably just the 49ers.😁

This thread marks the official “run out of things to speculate about” point…

Well if the media is talking about it then it must be a real thing.

I think that hits like the one on Johnson have to be taken out of the game. I am so tired of watching guys come flying in to hit players that are on the ground. Especially runners and receivers that are clearly already down by contact.

One that comes to mind for me is Dennis Byrd of the Jets.

This goes to show that when things are at their worst Buffalo is at it's best.

Has anyone mentioned their in-laws yet?
Yeah, my mother-in-law. I have never met anyone who has watched more football and accumulated less football knowledge than her.

True - money talks though - and it's an attractive situation with their D.
Carr / Garoppolo / Mayfield / maybe even Lamar
I'm not saying they won't get a QB... just a lot of teams in the same boat.

All the Jets need is a QB.
All they have to do is beat out the other 20 teams in the league that need a QB.

But didn't win the Super Bowl in either of those seasons.☹️
The New England Patriots won 21 in a row. I think this meets your criteria.

The '08-'09 Colts ran off 23 in a row.

If Hyde AND Von can return in time for the Super Bowl, we will really be cooking!!!
Is that how this works??
Yeah, I think you've captured the essence of it.

This team is nothing special outside of Allen.
Couldn't disagree with you more. The Bills defense is ranked 7th in yards per game and 2nd in points allowed.

Im not sure how, but I seemed to have missed the 27 other threads where this is being discussed. Luckily, I stumbled onto this one and am now caught up....
Not so fast.
I think we've only scratched the surface on this topic.

I mean, I can understand the logic of it.
-Hackett was the OC for the top-10 Packers offense the last 2 seasons.
This has probably been mentioned but it always seemed to me that Hackett was the OC in name only. From the outside looking in it appeared as though LaFleur was running the offense. At least that's the way it sounded when Rodgers was talking.

We're 17th in 3rd and long, or 3rd overall?
17th in 3rd down overall. Bills were #1 on 3rd down last year. Maybe that's where the concern comes from.
-
It's great that as Bills fans we can be scared of something that this defense is average at (17th in the league).

What's the Bills strength of schedule versus the chiefs?
Strength of schedule through 14 weeks:
1. Jets
4. Bills
7. Dolphins
16. Patriots
19. Chiefs
28. Eagles
31. 49ers
For what it's worth.

We know that there are multiple options on every single play. Could you let us know what color the sky is too?
I know that people are aware of that. I just wasn't sure you were. Thanks for clearing that up.
