I doubt whether the Pegulas know any other DC or GM assistants in the league, so does
anyone know who recommended these two guys to Ownership? Maybe the same guy
choosing the Sabres management. Do you think?

30 yard punts back again?.
Can't see what McD has to evaluate about the QB next week. 2nd half was garbage time, but maybe now
Denison and TT will throw the ball down the field in spite of no WRs.

Just read the OP of the thread and I don't think anyone could have said it better. Everything on point.
A classic response to everything that happened and ownership who apparently has no clue
should read that and maybe learn something.

McDermott made his decision and tried for a spark. Nothing wrong with that part of it,
but when he says after the game he does not regret his decision and how tough Peterman
is, he is delusonal. He is also insulting the other 52 players on this football team, along with
fandom and the media. And when he will not admit his defense the last three games has been
the worst in Buffalo Bill HISTORY don't talk to me about over reaction. If anything, I expect
some members of the media to go soft.
We all deserve better, and that includes the people who pay their money to watch what has
become unwatchable, and when the coach is not man enough to admit that he is responsible for
this mess, then that is beyond whatever over reaction occurs. To have to listen to his after
game press conferences, with his nonsense is really pitiful. The QB situation is what it is, but
once the league figured out his defense, and he does not know how to fix it, that is not the
medias fault to over react.

I don't think the Bills hired the GM. I think McDermott hired his buddy from Carolina and ownership okayd it.

Benjamin had a injury history before he got here and was injured the day he got here.
The first game he really got supposedly 100% he is injured again. Don't you think
Caralina thought he was damaged. This is a organization that thought Sammy
couldn't play. Who has more TDs this year.

Scream at his GM and HC. Why would he scream at them. He hired them, or was someone else
responsible like Brandon or Overdorf.

After the Jets game, ownership should have gone to the locker room and raised hell with everyone saying
how embarrassed they were for the performance on National TV. Or are they in this just for the money.
I know trust the process, trust the process.
This was the worst three game defensive showing in Bills HISTORY.
Are the Sabers still trusting the process.

Didn't trading Watkins, Woods, Goodwin, Ragland, Darby, Gilmour and Dareus for unproven draft choices
prove anything. Starting Peterman? After 3-5 years of this along with our defensive genius, will you
still be watching Bills football.

In another thread a couple of weeks ago, I asked whose idea were these hires. Why has
ownership not hired a football czar, somebody who knows something. Carolina did not want
these guys running things, so the Buffalo ownership thought they were smarter?
Hasn't the Sabres situation proved ownership otherwise?

Benjamin, Matthews and Gaines were acquired in trades. Were they damaged goods? Were they ever vetted medically?
Was it a coincidence all three had physical problems before they were traded? You have to wonder why the
Panthers rid themselves of Benjamin and why they even let Beane and McDermott go.

Victim shaming and boys will be boys attitude is really idiotic. If some males in the home have not
learned what is right and what is wrong and go about shooting people, they haven't learned about
treating females.
Go to almost any male prison in this country, and see what happens there, and how guys lives get
ruined, and don't report sexual abuse, transfer it to females who are afraid to report it. The only reason
all this stuff has come out the past weeks is because it was reported against a important and powerful
man and now women believe that they may be believed.
