McDermott's instincts are so conservative ... he just ain't the right coach for a Josh Allen-led team.

Every time the Bills have an and-goal situation, Daboll wastes the 1st play ... makes it hard to score touchdowns in the NFL.

Every single 1st and goal, Daboll runs ... the guy's an imbecile.

Buffalo's D never gives up like a 1-yd play ... offenses get chunks every single down ... then the Bills offense comes out and struggles to make plays over 1 yard ... quite the combination.

Maybe Brady will run for 100 yards today

You can see the fear in Josh's eyes lately ... this offense is sad.

Good thing McDermott didn't go for it and played it safe ... by initiating a chain of events that just led to yet another Colts touchdown.

This team's ready to play today? It's not on Sean McDermott? Ok.

He told the kicker to go out there and miss another long kick in inclement weather when you're down 24-7 and need touchdowns ... missed FG makes the D play with the short field anyway. Put the ball in Josh Allen's hands. McDermott is a weak in-game coach ... when you're competing in the NFL and trying to win super bowls, you can't have a weak in-game coach. It's a tough business. The Bills will be in 2nd place in the division after this loss. The year is a disaster. Fire the coach. Get somebody competent.

Fire Sean McDermott. Period.

Walp, Belichick's got 6 rings as a head coach ... and 2 more as a coordinator ... Sean McDermott's got zero and made many questionable/poor decisions in the biggest game of the year. Belichick's run in New England is essentially over ... why not go grab a hall of fame coach? Brady's a hall of fame quarterback and he takes a losing team to the Super Bowl in one year ... go get the hall of fame coach, give him another Pro Bowl QB (Josh Allen), and watch the Bills get to and win Super Bowls. Or we can keep watching McDermott kick field goals, go for 2 at the wrong times, and make other embarrassingly bad coaching mistakes, year-in and year-out.

I get the feeling that Sean McDermott is not an elite head coach and the Bills have hit their ceiling with this particular guy as coach. The game highlighted all of his flaws: inability to slow down the NFL's best offenses, weak in-game decisions, and fundamental inability to prepare the team for 60 minutes of competitive football against the best of the best. The Bills were 13-3 because Josh Allen is an MVP-caliber player. But Josh needs wisdom at head coach, not Sean McDermott. Go get Belichick out of New England and take this thing to the next level. ✌

Something for Josh to work on in the off-season: eliminate plays where you lose 20 or more yards running backwards.

17 points in October. 15 points in January. Against the Chiefs. This year was spectacular progress ... not nearly good enough for a Super Bowl.

Why kick the field goals when you know that only touchdowns can win this game? The coaching is egregious.

Score every time. That should have been the strategy coming in, it must be the strategy now. Josh has to score touchdowns. Period.
