McDermott is just not a very good coach both in regard to gameday decisions and personnel decisions. Same old conservative coaching style that is reminiscent of Dick Jauron.

Well don't forget McDermott and Beane are culture guys so this will mean passing on plenty of good talents because of work ethic, character concerns.
We will see how far they get..my guess is not very. It's a coaches job to make players buy in....obviously this is asking too much.

And the Chargers will beat the tar out of the Bills. West coast trip, an improving Charger team with a good qb and a descending Bills team. All the makings of a blowout.

The approach is fine and all but talent wins and next year's draft will tell us a lot. I knew the defense couldn't keep up with their suspect linebackers. The defensive line is not strong enough to hold up depth wise and Lawson and Hughes are a mediocre pairing.
In the end we really do need all of those picks.
