Was great in college, but played against crap competition in a crap conference.
Good lesson for McBean. Don't draft star DTs from crap conferences.

Agree refs love flagging returns, even if way away from play.
Given that, would it make sense to teach these guys to block with closed fists?
No fingers, no holding.
Or go old school and have them grab their own jerseys and stick their elbows out.
As for block in back... ugh, guys don't block a guy in his back. Can't be that difficult.

My Vrabel hate has peaked, clowning us on national TV. ***** him and the horse he rode in on. We needed to beat those pricks. Gonna make it all the sweeter when we crush them in January.
My wife (who didn't know who Vrabel was when the camera kept showing him), said... "Geez, that guy just looks like a d*ck").
I told her she was a good judge of character.

Glass half empty = almost time for another beer
Glass half full = almost time for another beer
Same either way

I wore a flannel button down to work. Got home about 7 and didn't want to miss any pregame.
So I just put my Allen jersey OVER my button down.
That was dumb and lazy of me. It didn't look right, it didn't feel right. I was off all night.
Sorry.

Yep. Our line is a "B"... not terrible, but not great. But having our left tackle AND left guard both blown up ON THE SAME PLAY BY THE SAME PERSON was very disheartening.

It was a "wash" overall. Nothing gained, nothing lost.
They tried something they saw on tape they thought gave them an advantage.
Didn't hurt them, at least they were trying something.

I have a couple non-Bills fans friends who have said to me for 20+ years, "4 in a row, makes you a ho, buffadamnlo!" and they always get a nice laugh out of it.
Would love to say to them in February, "1 in row, now shut your pie holes, a-holes"

How about no refs. Everyone just calls penalties on themselves. An honor system.

Chargers/Ravens should be very entertaining. At least one will get a loss today.
Dallas only favored by 3.5 over NE? I know @ NE, but I love Dallas if I were a betting man, which I am.
Chargers/ Ravens... not so entertaining.
Dallas covered. Collect my winnings and not say a word to anyone. Thank you

Bleu cheese lover here, but I can honestly understand why some people would be turned off by it, even if they might enjoy the taste (especially with wings).
Consider that Wikipedia describes bleu cheese in part as...
..."The distinct smell comes from both the mold and types of bacteria encouraged to grow on the cheese: for example, the bacterium Brevibacterium linens is responsible for the smell of many blue cheeses, as well as foot odor and other human body odors."
I mean, if I didn't grow up on bleu cheese and was considering it today... if I read that first, it would probably be a no.

pb&js have no real redeeming quality to me. the taste is ok, but any more than one a month and it's too much. this is coming from a guy who eats turkey and mustard on diet bread just for the sake of filling myself up.
you want a meal that you don't outgrow? grilled cheese and tomato soup. that ***** is for winners. pb&j is for the dirty kid on the bus that doesn't want to get picked up in front of his house because it's gross.
Hilarious... but what the hell is diet bread?
-
it depends. if your mom made a PB&J sandwich and put it in your Kung Fu lunchbox not to be eaten for 4 hours at school, you must use less jelly. Mom, I tell you this all the time, it gets too soggy on the jelly side and leaks through to the outside of the bread and make a mess. Can I please just buy my lunch from now on. All my friends buy lunch.
... oh, sorry, things were getting away from me.

That after 4 games in:
Dawson Knox would have 4 TDs - the same as all Bills WRs total!
The Bills RBs would have 4 rushing TDs - half of last years total RB Rushing TDs for the season!
That the longest play from scrimmage is Devin Singletary's 46 yard run. Not a Josh Allen pass!
That Bills Safeties would have 4 INTs >2 LB INTs>1 CB INT
I think it's great. More balance. Can win multiple ways.

Sweeney WAS wide open on that play. We were screaming at the TV live. I hope he just didn't see him cuz that was the obvious play to make. That sequence reminded me of dumb malarkey "going for the jugular" instead of working the clock and methodically going down the field to hopefully score (but at the very least burning clock and their timeouts maybe). Just cuz they had injuries doesn't mean you HAD TO throw so deep. 5-10 yard passes would have been more prudent there.
