Dont get me wrong, I am not ready to say he is better than some of the more proven studs in the league, but I do think he deserves more respect than he gets.
For me, its the eyeball test. I watch every Niner game as my wife is a die hard Niner fan. I feel like Purdy's bigger crticics doubt him more on assumptions rather than watching his full games. I feel like they assume Shannahan is creating easy short throws and that the guys catching the ball do all the work. But its just not accurate when you watch the games, Purdy is really throwing some dimes out there, pushes the ball downfield (insane 9.6 ypa on the season), has incredible poise, plays tough as nails, plays with great instincts and feel for the game, etc.
But thats the fun of a debate like this...its early, so easy to see both sides. I am not ready to crown him the next great QB either, but I also do feel like he should get more credit than he has gotten from people just assuming its all Shannahan.
It's when he started using his legs that my eyes opened up, he will have to use it all against this chiefs defense for them to have a chance.

Problem with him is he's likely slot only at the next level. Same with McConkey and Pearsall. Every year there are like 4-5 slot only WRs that fanbases fall in love with. It's a pretty easy position to fill with a small amount of effort. I'm good with Shakir manning that spot for the next two years, then rinse and repeat on day 3 of the draft.
He can be a John Brown type on the outside i believe, chances are though he is gone by the time we come up in the second round.

Roman Wilson apparently was breaking ankles today, on top of his deep speed add another guy to my watch list.
John Brown floor on this cat, we gotta walk outta this with 3 really good ones.

Keon Coleman for some reason keeps me coming back, just an incredible athlete great hands. Separation concerns but was it a component of the scheme? Could totally see Allen and this offense be an elite fit for him.

Christ, we're back to this crap already?
I can't do mock drafts anymore. The whole thing is just completely 100% irrelevant.
The draft is HOPE!!!
A needed commodity for all Bills fans, at least for this one🤪

It's funny that you say that, but all Mitchell ever did at Georgia was score clutch TDs and average about 15 yards a catch. In all 4 CFP games with GA, Mitchell caught a TD. At Texas, he had 11 TDs and averaged over 15 yards a catch. He also caught a TD in Texas' CFP game this season. When I think of what the Bills need, a 6-4 receiver who knows how to get open and make a critical catch, he tops the list.
My biggest issue with Legette is that he did nothing for his first 4 years at USC. He had a great year last season, but again when I watched him play against UGA, it wasn't memorable.
Mitchell reminds me a little of Ju Ju smith- Schuster, which isn't a put down he put together some quality years.
Going to be a lot of moving and shaking by april, keeping my eye on that cat from Western-Kentucky huge Deebo vibes.

I live in Cincinnati. I ate Goetta for breakfast next to a dude with a full-on mullet at the Frisch's Big Boy Breakfast buffet. I really can't judge.
Love me some Goetta😋 S

If Allen plays error free and the front four can step it up yeah.
I do think it’s a now or never kind of moment for the bills.
I'm not there yet so many things to come yet loaded receiver class so if not now we can still push ahead

Purdy, injuries and Shanahan.
3 things holding SF back.
Shanahan wilts under the lights for some reason. It's weird because his teams play the type of ball that should translate into the playoffs
Starting to thin the Shanahan system put players in the injury risk.

The Texans aren’t really road tested, however neither are the Chiefs or Bills. Whoever wins tomorrow will be 3 to 5.5 point road dogs.
Not saying they win, but they have been road tested, mixed bag for sure but have been in the position far more than Texans.

I think this is about to become a blowout. Feel free to quote me later if I'm completely wrong. Once the 49ers offense gets going it's almost impossible to stop them. GB squandered their opportunities.
Want to see this next drive from the Pack before i throw in the towel

I don't wanna talk
About things we've gone through
Though it's hurting me
Now it's history
I've played all my cards
And that's what you've done too
Nothing more to say
No more ace to play
The winner takes it all
The loser's standing small
Beside the victory
That's OUR destiny🙏 -
Love both of these guys👍

Brother this draft will be littered with future WR1's, maybe even some in the mid-rounds. Whoever we get has that #17 advantage as well. Exciting times ahead i believe😊
