    Hamsah Nasirildeen S FSU

A tackling machine. I feel Beane loves this kid too hence the FSU visit. Watch interviews of this kid, he talks about being played all over the field, including OLB, blitzing a lot, filling the gap etc.

Hes got size and his wing span was over 80”, at 6’4” if he could play at 225 lbs, he’d be a great Big Nickle. Cover TEs drop into coverage is his strength.

If he last past 55 I’d be surprised but he may slip to 61 and I’d love the pick.

I'm a fan of Brown yet he struggles with consistency, I'm okay taking him round 5 but 3 is a little steep.

People have to realize our 1st, is basically a early 2nd, 2nd is and early 3rd, out 3rd round pick is late.

Ive seen Brown mocked in the 60s.... 6’4” 325 isn’t common. He’s not sloppy and showed well at his pro day. Warren Sapp gave him praise, and if you ask him he thinks he’s the top DT in this draft. Bobby Brown is going top 100 easily. 5th round is ridiculous, don’t be surprised if he goes top 75...

Said this in another post and I think it applies to this discussion as well. I still think the issue is the DT's not our MLB (or LB's in general). We had a top 5 defense 2 years ago with Hughes and Murphy on the ends and the same back 7 (same LB's). Only difference being Star and Phillips this past year. Oliver is as good as Phillip's (in my opinion) and AJ will be as good if not better than Murphy. So really the biggest change and I see was missing was Star. Again, I'm all for getting an edge rusher, but push from the middle and stopping the run would be my priority. Draft a CB or DE early but give me Shelvin or McNeill in rounds 2 or 3. Need a big guy in the middle of the line with some pass rush upside potential. Not just a big fattie. Hopefully Star is ready, but I don't want to have that as a missing piece again this year. We still have the same issue now as we had trying to beat the Pat***** for the last 20 years. Not enough push from the middle of the DL and having to use LB's to make up for it.

OK. I'm done. Must be low blood sugar levels.😉. Carry on.

Round 3, if he's still there would be DT Bobby Brown, Texas A&M, big kid solid build like 6'4" 325lbs.  Check him out....

  4. Honestly the Bills LB core was at its best when LORAX was on the field (Edmunds, Milano, Lorax).  That was definitely missed last year, then with Milano out we were desperate.

Offenses had to gameplan for LORAX, he was a guy who was all over the field, on the line, inside, outside, off the ball, rushing the passer, dropping into coverage etc.

That guy in the draft this year from what I see is Joseph Ossai.  I think Ossai goes around pick 25, but he would be hard to pass at 30.  Another similar player to that is Quincy Roche DE from Miami, another 6'3 250 type player who rushed off the end and at times dropped into coverage, not on Ossai's level but maybe Miami didn't need that as much, but hes more pick 61 at best.  Had a solid Senior Bowl at DE...….  Maybe Moses is that type of player, but don't know how effective he is on the line or coming off the edge.

I think Moore will be available at their 2nd pick and may still not be best player available, though would be a candidate.  Who are the best pure slot receivers in the league and where were they drafted?  I’d say guys like Wes Welker, Julian Edelman, Cole Beasley and a few others are highly valuable, but not highly valued on draft day.  I haven’t looked I can up, but all of those listed were late picks, if drafted at all.

I would be shy about touching Moore before round 3.

Have you not watched film on this kid for the last 2 seasons? Seen his stats in the SEC? See his pro day numbers?

#2 in the Nation in receptions.

#2 in the Nation in Yards.

Solid numbers on a mediocre Ole Miss team, mediocre QB, no supporting running game, and no other WRs.

This kid is in round 1 conversation for a reason.

Look back at my post history and you can find mine!

    ELIJAH MOORE WR OLE MISS

I hope he’s there for us at #30 and Beane wastes no time sending the card in.

Where do I even begin with this kid? I watched every Ole Miss game and he’s the definition of ELECTRIC!

Lane Kiffin has coached at every level and been around some of the best athletes we’ve ever seen. He said that ELIJAH MOORE was the most talented he’s ever coached! Kiffin has been the OC at USC with Reggie Bush, HC of the Raiders, HC at USC, OC at BAMA UNDER SABAN...and he said that MOORE was the best!

Imagining Moore in the slot with Beasley and Diggs makes it a matchup nightmare. We would be the Chiefs on offense if not better.

Let’s bring Elijah Moore to Buffalo and have our very own version of Tyreek Hill 2.0!

    Who’s your favorite prospect?

Before seeing this I was gonna say Elijah Moore. Kid is a stud, one of the best route runners in this draft, great hands, run after catch... beside his end zone blunder the kid has matured a ton. I’d say he’s the top slot WR in this draft, it’s his natural position.

With Beasley and Sanders being long in the tooth, a player like Moore could be the future slot guy for Josh.

I think he’s the #4 WR in this draft and Dyami Brown is #5.....

Defense I like Joseph Ossai as a potential 30 pick.

I’d love WR at 30..... something tells me McDermott won’t.....they are going corner, big nickel, or end at 30. Book it.

Right after the AFC Championship game a comment was made by Beane that this team needs to get faster? Have we done that? I don’t think so. Him saying faster I think he meant on the offensive side. We have our 4 WRs now, but 2 of those guys are above 30 years of age, Sanders on a 1 year deal. Davis is still raw and only having 1 season. Grabbing a WR at 30 that makes that position more explosive is actually a great move for not only next year but 2-3 years down the road with less growing pains.

I hope we can get a trade down to say 40, pick up an extra 3rd. At 40 take Elijah Moore or Dyami Brown. At 61 grab DE potentially trade up for Joseph Ossai if still available or stay and grab DE Quincy Roche.

  8. Chris Simms I think had him as like the #4 rated WR in this draft. He is a solid evaluator. That being said I see him as a top 45 pick.

I have also said don’t be surprised if the Bills grab a WR at 30.... but I still think they will lean defense, DE. My guess now is Joseph Ossai Texas.

    This is utter nonsense.

I see where you are coming from.... Beasley and Sanders are getting older. Davis is coming into his 2nd year. WR I feel, for this offense in the next couple years is a huge demand.

  9. In the beginning the defense couldn’t do a thing to stop the run..... on top of that there was no real pass rush threat. The defense could produce pressure at times but no real threat teams were worried about.

I don’t see much change this year. I’m hoping the Bills are more stout against the run, but I see our pass defense being about the same. Team leader in sacks will be around 6-7 maybe.

Bringing back the whole OLine that couldn’t run block doesn’t really get me super excited about the chances of beating the Chiefs. But there is still the draft. Maybe they grab a guy who beats out Ford.

I feel this way too... to a point.

I just think fans had high expectations for Motor. Singletary is just never going to be that RB that sets the running game. Moss showed some promise last year at times. I see Singletary’s role diminishing next year, Moss taking over. But that being said I see a push to bring in another RB to push both for playing time and carries.

But yes, Ford has nothing sealed as far as being a starter....

That identity - it needs a tweakin' :flirt:

Sorry but Feliciano is a starter.... you don’t pay someone $6M a year to sit the bench at OL. It’s Ford who will be playing for a starting position, not Mongo.

Interior OL is definitely in play at 30, so is DE, CB and WR.

Happy he's back. Love his versatility.

First one off the bench at either G/C.

Off the Bench? He has been one of our top OL guys the past 2 years. Our OL struggled when he was out, the minute he came back it was like our OL got their identity back.

    positive news!

i gotta say, given morse is getting kept cheaper, i think it's one of williams or mongo getting retained, not both.

unless they think they can get RB and OLB cheap in the draft or what have you.  based on mccorch's past, the DL is gonna get real attention.  that's his bread and butter.

John Brown is getting cut. That’s Daryl Williams money... I don’t see Jefferson staying. That’s Feliciano money.

  14. 4 things I would Change....

I think WR, Elijah Moore Ole Miss is the 4th rated WR in this draft. Toney is super over rated!!!

Also I feel Chazz Surratt is a OLB not ILB.

Zaven Collins I feel will possible play ILB, possibly OLB in 3-4 scheme.

As far as running back, I'd put Jermar Jefferson RB Oregon St #5 RB. (some may disagree but potential, lets wait on it)
