Full rebuild can work out and lots of times don't. Browns been rebuilding every year and still end up last on list or other teams in history. Like Bills did as well few years ago end up middle of road team as of we are right now (till day hired Rex put them in this mess)

They should of never traded SW cause timing was odd to do it. Few months back maybe but I would of kept him. This WR already looks like past couple years. Please let Zay healthy and a great WR. Beane is off with his timing to do things is my problem with him and makes everything odd what he does. Could be making rookie mistakes as GM hope he learns them.

Ya. Marrone is ok coach but clueless for his own ways. Rex loves to talk but way more clueless. McDermott and others seem bright too early to say as of yet.

If Roman knew how to do passing game. His running plays designs and stuff by far number 1 in league and not even close. Roman passing designs sucked.

I think the odd man out is Yates, if TT goes down the entire season goes down with him and we will be in rout to the no. 1 pick in the draft, so no need to keep Yates, he will not help to win games. I rather see if Cardel or Peterman are starting NFL QBs and give them some game experiece.
There is something as well out there. Yates after training camp might be QB coach or some kind of coach on team. Not sure tho.

To me felt like a wild Whaley draft (running it and past years with trades) with the trades not McDermott all the way. Thats me tho.

Real story is McDermott ran the draft, Whaley & the staff already knew they were being let go. Pegula liked Mahomes, but didn't interfere.

Bingo. McDermott not only called shots as weve mentioned repeatedly but he handled himself like a vet. Great work by #Bills rookie.
Pegula needs to let football people do the work. After all hired Rex he should of know better after that.
As well reading some things like Whaley staying home on some pro day and some scouts did not bring anything to pro days. Little info here and there makes me think good time to fire. Get you're ass to work i'd say.
