seems so easy. Win the first half, run the second half.

defend the pass, don’t worry about the run because you are ahead and it bleeds clock for you

i keep hearing about complementary football and it seems so obvious

Both sides are trash so they are playing complimentary football

The Bills added 5 new coaches:

    Chris Tabor (special teams coordinator)

    Ryan Nielsen (senior defensive assistant)

    Mike Pellegrino (nickels coach)

    Jason Rebrovich (assistant defensive line)

    Turner West (assistant special teams)

Will Greenberg head strength and conditioning coach

Barry Rubin senior strength and conditioning assistant

At this point in the season, I don’t think there is any improvement on special teams, defense or S&C.
Not heard any kudos from McDermott or Babbich that there was any big contributions.

too bad, thought we might see some improvements from new blood.

As long as the 2 common denominators are here nothing will change

Samuel, Palmer and Moore all had track records as role players. We overpaid for role players. The AAV of Samuel and Palmer is $18Mish. I’m suggesting that $18M would be WAY better served on one good WR and then the 2nd spot should be filled by a mid round draft pick (like Gabe Davis was).

I think that the problem isn’t how they’re being used as much is it’s “they aren’t very good.” The same goes for Keon. Every guy is playing at a position on the depth chart above their ability (except Shakir). What’s happening is we have 3’s and 4’s playing as 1’s and 2’s. You have guys like Christian Gonzalez lining up across from Palmer and Coleman. 🤣🤣 That’s a total mismatch. If the Bills addressed the TOP of their depth chart (need a 1 AND 2 IMO) that would move everyone to their more natural fit. There’s pretty much never a time that the guys on the outside are lining up across from a player that they’re better than.

Who cares about the top end we are "Backloaded"

I knew 1 second after the "13 seconds".

Using hindsight they both should have been fired after this, maybe we would have a SB trophy by now

I’d fire Beane before McD but yep

Me too, but Beane would be holding the door for McDermott on the way out of Buffalo

I will never buy that. On face value yes I'm sure that was said. I'm sure it was something like a list of 8 receivers Josh liked.

I'm sure keon Coleman was on the bottom of that list with much better talents but Josh did not have someone like Xavier worthy or Xavier leggett on there. He probably had lad McConky or ricky persal, too. They had lower grades per some.

Leggette and worthy were not what this team needed. The bills gambled and traded back to get a guy. It was the wrong guy.

Yes people blow the Allen wanted Coleman thing completely out of proportion.  A question was asked to Aleen which recievers he would like, then Allen named off a bunch of recevers in the draft and Keon was mentioned.  These same people probably watch the msm because that is exactly what they do, take pieces of a statement and make it into something its not

I'm with you on this. I suspect he has a lot to say about which prospects get drafted.

I stepped back and looked at it as a whole.  In my mind, Beane has no escape, he is literally in charge if drafting the players, even if McDermott tells him who to draft.  Either way, he has no out imo.  McDermott...He has 1 out, that Beane was fully in charge of drafting and he had nothing to do with it.  I don't  believe that.. Even if that is true, McDermott still has piles of problems for year after year that can't be blamed on Beane.  They both need to go in order for the Bills to move forward and not backwards imo.  They have not changed and obviously are not willing to change their strategy, which to most seems very flawed.  They used an entire draft on Defense and tons of fa money, again.  How is that looking?  How about the WR core that has been criminally mismanaged for years with the best qb the team has ever saw! Look at our safeties, CBS, how can you justify that?  It's unbelievable the talent on this team
