Been through this before...I'm okay. Going to think positively this is just a multiple game slump and Allen will soon snap out of it. We were 7-6 last year at one point and turned it on after.
I'm going to the game next week with my son and I believe Allen is ultra motivated now. He feels he's let his teammates down two games in a row and is probably going to work his ass off this week. I think he has a monster game Sunday.
Plus One.
upon reflection and processing all my emotions I still go back to the character and level of skill we have on the team. They need to eliminate turnovers and defensively get healthier.
I wasn't okay earlier this morning. I am now taking some deep breaths and Trying to recover from a punch in the gut loss from yesterday and remember the positives.
Bassomatic was locked in and kicked all that was asked of him. When McDermott chose to not kick the 3 points and go for the knockout punch TD I thought "well this is brilliant if it works and total 2nd guessing debacle as to why not just take the points if it doesn't.
It didn't. Hence some of the coaching criticism today. Each game is its own event. I hope the Bills come out nd are able to run the rock, how abut some short screens to Cook or Hines or motor for that matter and beatdown the browns
GO BILLS

I don't feel like that it's an excuse, frankly. Lots of other traded players from the deadline have made major contributions to their teams. This is a failure of the coaching staff.
I can respect that view.

Question: will ever be an end to all this nightmares ?
Or maybe it’s just this franchise destiny ?
I root for the blue since 1989… honestly i’m sick that every time there’s something that go wrong with us. How can this be possible ?
Have i just to accept this ?
Jesus Christ….
Do you believe in Curses? Perhaps the answer depends on that. Myself I don't buy into that. I think our time will come. And even if I didn't I'd still be a fan.

I certainly hope he's not on the PS. I'll take rookie athletic upside at this point over Cam "I'm gonna make an INT 1 on 1 against the best WR in the league" Lewis.
He looked terrible at safety. We traded for Dean Marlowe for him to ride the bench, apparently. If he's not better than a PS player who has never had an NFL game playing at that position then he shouldn't be on the roster.
The fact that Marlowe and even Hines haven't been utilized more I think is because they are so new to the roster. I expect much more significant playing time very soon. In principle I agree with you though

The fact the Bills are on a TWO game losing skid is very concerning. And if there are issues and internal squabbles and disagreements that would surprise me zero. It is healthier to vent and voice things than to simmer and fester unsaid. These men are Professionals and high achievers. Do they take losing lightly?
NOPE nor should they. NFL= Not For Long. Get healthier and things will be better. As far as #17 and his decisions lately I hope he listens to the vets around him and stay OFF social media.
BUT as professionals and as transparent as what I hear and read spoken from 1BD we surely don't know everything being said behind th scenes.. Who is calling out who?
It reads that JW is reputable but this kind of tweet alluding to trouble could also be interpreted as clickbait for the disgruntled
*shrugs*

On a long and lonesome highway
East of Omaha
You can listen to the engine
Moanin' out his one note song
You can think about the woman
Or the girl you knew the night before
But your thoughts will soon be wandering
The way they always do
When you're ridin' sixteen hours
And there's nothin' much to do
And you don't feel much like ridin'
You just wish the trip was throughSee here I am
On the road again
There I am
Up on the stage
Here I go
Playin' star again
There I go

Decide yourself if radio's gonna stay
Reason it could polish up the gray
Put that, put that, put that up your wall
That this isn't country at all
Radio station decide yourself -
I am saying 50-50 only because of the injured players that I would love to see come back play. (ahem Groot, Edmunds Poyer and White)

maybe you should have kept going:
“look he is a great player and he has come through in some big moments for us. Unfortunately, we couldn’t capitalize on his last couple timely sacks, though.
But, it seems like when he is in press conferences, there is a little too much of “you guys” instead of “us”. No loss seems to bother him (was he like that in Denver too? Not sure) And I’ve never seen a Bills player openly express how much of a FAN he is of the opponent after getting beat, and select players on the opponent’s team.”
I specifically gave Von Miller credit for doing his job with timely sacks (that we were unable to capitalize on)
the entire thread was about getting sour on Miller’s approach to press conferences.
say what you want about that, but at no point did I blame the GAME on him. That would be ridiculous and make no sense at all.
the closest thing to that is when i implied he might be an even better player if he was a bit more team
oriented, but even then, I took a step back and said hey maybe that is who he has always been, in which case, keep doing you Von.
so Yes, you definitely misinterpreted OP
it was the timing after a Huge loss. Perdon. After the first paragraph the rest became suspect in my book. Von Miller not buying into our Team because he doesnt sound right to you in press conferences I find ridiculous. Above is putting lipstick on a pig.

this thread though. Whatever happened to attack the post not the poster. . She isnt a mod anymore just a regular poster.
Those with hapless ptsd should be happy she isnt a moderator anymore and just leave the past in the past.

well, you misread it then. Simple as that. Wasn’t at all blaming the loss on Von Miller. Not even close.ahem No I don't think so. You may not have said it in those exact terms but Today of all days you decided to write a hit piece regarding Von Miler? I think you premises are founded in a conjecture that is bs.
QuoteI get that he has played for 3 different teams in approximately a one year span, and I get that he has been through every scenario as he constantly reminds us in every press conference, particularly with his endless references to playing for the Rams, where he played for one entire half season + playoffs, but…
Does anyone else get the sense from listening to his pressers that he still hasn’t embraced being a member of the Bills TEAM?

time will tell if OP or even others are truly done with the Bills after that ugly loss. I mean when I was raising my kids here was no question they came first. As it should be. Im calling today tylenol Monday. Do what you have to do. Best.

OMG OP is blaming Von Miller for the loss yesterday? That is when I stopped reading. NO credit to the vikings OL and the team having a 1 loss record. Maybe just maybe there are issues on the team but him??
wow. that is stirring the pot allright. pot of b*******.

2-9 in one score games speaks volumes. Seems to me, to be considered a good team and a good coach your record in that area has to be a lot better.

well...in retrospect no 100 plus threads on #17's elbow this coming week. I predict coach degeneration and questioning #17's play
It;s a non conference loss but it is now a pattern of losing that fans are going to Grip over BIGTIME. :-(((((((((

This roster is loaded with talent which is why they blow a lot of teams out and often get away with making bad mistakes.
Coaching is why they struggle in close games. Attention to detail. Knowing the situation.
ahem. AKA Playcalling. Thats my opinion. Situational awareness indeed. Its a very valid point

They are really poorly coached when it comes to situational awareness and in-game adjustments. These coaches are complete blockheads, they're mouth breathers.
it feels like that for me tonight too.

JA looked shaken at that presser.
He has to work his way back. It's a crisis of confidence right now - but really, just a couple of bad games. He has to get it back.
this game was a Cousins-Jefferson show and their OL played overall very well.

This week will see many scapegoats and lots of players being called out as trash
which is BS. The loss hurts because of alllll the chances they had...it was a barnburner. We lost and #17 has some part in both being close AND almost pulled it out. We came up short
