If they don’t wear the full 90s gear it will be a major fail

I did not expect this. I thought Reich would be an OC for another team before he got a new head coaching gig.
Good for him.
I think when teams flop on a young first time coach they kinda gravitate towards a more experienced coach next time around. I’m not shocked at all by this hire.

His contract is up. Why not announce and let the Bills get in on the hiring now?
Do we know this for a fact? I haven’t seen anything from a reputable source saying his contract is up.

Should be interesting. Even at Rodgers age he’ll upgrade that offense drastically.

BBMB was much better. The mods weren’t 5’4 with lifted trucks like they are here

The whole Tre White situation to start the year was strange at first, but then you seen him get on the field, and you realized why he wasn't playing. The guy was not very good this year at all. Some will blame the injury, but how many games you going to give a guy till he is back to playing up to his very large payday?
I think White will never be what he was. He looked old out there, even after just playing 5 or 6 games this year. I also think his playing style limits the entire defense on the type of defense we can play. He does not excel in press man and needs to play off guys. I personally think this team needs to play more press man. Tough to transition to that when your "number 1" CB and 16 million dollar man can't play it at a top level.
Problem with White is, you can't get out of his contract. His dead cap is higher than if he is on the team.
The only option I really see, is if Taron Johnson takes over for Poyer at safety. Tre moves to nickel corner where he will be less exposed on an island, and you bring in another press man outside CB to pair with Elam. Elam's strength is press man and it was really head scratching you drafted him and then played him in a zone.
More like a horrible post problem

Tis the season where everyone gets mad at a mock draft

Bengals players were slipping too. They were already 15 yards open though so it didn’t matter

So KC isn't a good team? Baltimore was playing well also before Lamar got hurt. How about Miami, pre concussion Tua, their offense was on fire, but the defense played well in that, down half their starters and 4 out of their 5 starters in the secondary.
Injures to our best defensive players and then add Damars injury to the mix. It all took too big of a toll on this team. The amount of defensive talent that was either out or playing with clear limitations was huge on Sunday. Playing against one of the best QBs and the best WR trio in the league. The defense the final 11 games(Inc. playoffs) was a shell of the team that fielded the best defense in the first 7 games. That #1 ranking was against some good teams with good talent.
Pretty much the entire second half of the season they looked off. That’s what I’m talking about. Scraping by teams that had no business being in the game, the Viking debacle. Just a lot of sloppy play down the stretch. Nobody should be shocked with what happened last Sunday

1. HB. For the sake of argument, likely Singletary is going to be gone
2. Guard. say no more.
3. Tackle. no doubt.
4. WR Shakir deserves his shot as #3 next year and this WR team not getting younger.
5. DT
6. Its likely we do not pay Edmunds what he want unless he accepts a home team contract.
7. FS. I love Poyer but we need speed here.
We have a decision to make. We start the year at 4 mil to the good. Do we go all in on The O'Line or do we continue to draft aged vets to fil holes and live with what we got?
Change is needed but how do we move forward? Outside of coaching, what is your game plan? Fix one group or what?
2019-2022 the drafting in early rounds has been lackluster at best. Not enough impact players. Too many replacement role type players were picked high.

I don't think it's that far off tbh. The team looked completely drained on Sunday.
That beatdown was a long time coming. They finally played a good team and got pounded

McDermott will probably just promote from with in if Fraizer isn’t retained. Not the flashy move but probably the more likely move.

I don’t think so. We have a mediocre coaching staff all around, especially on defense which is supposed to be McD’s specialty. I think we’re good enough to get to the playoffs though but that's only because Josh is a great QB, without him we would tank.
As would every team with a franchise QB

A lot of excuse making from some players and now Beane kinda piggy backing off it. Soon as someone says “it’s no excuse” it’s really them saying it’s an excuse. Is this going to be the mantra of this season? The excuse train?

Let it be true? What are you nuts. This guy won the last 2 MVPs and you want him in our division with a great defense and amazing young WR's??
Same people that claimed Bills would demolish the Bengals cause they were down 3 OL

All i took from this is don’t expect any major staff changes and get ready for a long offseason of adding cheap role players in free agency

Support whomever you want. That's your right and my tweet isn't meant to be a critique of the former President at all. It was simply to add context to who these people are who are saying these wacky things about Damar and what they've said in the past.
Yeah cause I’m sure you looked at every comment on there and found out everyone’s political views who made a comment agreeing with the conspiracy. Just shut up

Not sure what that has to do at all with my post unless you're upset the alt-right grifters are promoting the Hamlin conspiracy.
I couldn’t care less who’s starting conspiracy theories right or left. I don’t believe in that ridiculous conspiracy and I lean right. Stuff like that doesn’t get me all butt hurt

It's not political to note that the people promoting this conspiracy are Trump-loving grifters. That's a fact.
It is political to talk about how much you love or hate Trump, though.
There's a line we should be able to balance in this thread.

The thing that really puzzles me is that McDermott and Beane have been here 5 years now and still haven’t developed a running game!! You have to run the football and keeep defenses honest. It opens up everything when you can run the football.
We don’t need to throw money at WR. We need to Invest in the offensive line and show a commitment to running the ball!! We have a RB in Devin Singletary who has career average of 4.7 yards a carry and I feel like his entire tenure here was wasted. Now they about to let him walk out the door and promote James Cook who quite frankly too me is not a 3 down RB.
Find an offensive coordinator who can develop a running game and the production of guys like Gabe Davis, Shakir, Knox will increase. It shame that we have a team that plays in the cold and we can’t run the football.
I think the poor drafting in the first couple rounds over the last 4 years has really hurt this team. Lots of aging vets and free agents and nobody on roster ready to replace them. Too many role players drafted high. This roster is in some serious trouble going forward.

Taking Ed Oliver over Wilkins (as dirty as he is), Dexter Lawrence and Jeffery Simmons stings so much right now.
Just as bad as the Patriots taking N’keal Harry over Matcalf, Deebo and AJ Brown.
Too many high picks turning out to be replacement level role players. Not near enough impact players drafted early.

As much as i don’t care for Romo he said a few times each game he did of ours down the stretch how it just looks hard for us on offense. There’s obviously some scheme deficiencies going on.
