  1. He said, "Mister, can you make folks cry when you play and sing?
Have you paid your dues? Can you moan the blues?
Can you bend them guitar strings?"
He said, "Boy, can you make folks feel what you feel inside?

I never pretend one side is better than the other.

I've been a registered Independent all my (voting) life.

The Republicans refused to select a SC nomination from Obama and turned face this year.

Don is a fraud and always has been.

Don is so bad he’s driven people from the party.

    lol. Nice. Jeebus

Yes I understand. You hate Donald Trump.  You've made that very clear for a while now. Go Biden a rising tide lifts all ships.

yeah. Uh huh.  Blame one group.

in the government you MUST report any contact with people of foreign countries. Most importantly Russia.

Say what you will, but not let's pretend like one side is any better than the other. I hope your boy does a fine job. I'm going to  do my best to take the high road.

    A. Great whataboutism. Trump before 2016 led crowds with Lock Her Up chants. GOProjection is a thing and it’s here.

    B. So you’re saying Dems are smarter than Republicans. Alright, I’ll agree with you

    C. The Tea Party held the entire country hostage over the debt ceiling.  They have done more harm to the country than a couple broke windows in a riot. At least when the left is rioting now it’s about equality and not things like losing the Stanley Cup to the Bruins

    A. Not familiar with "whataboutism"...but fair is fair. Trump did say these things pre election which didn't require taxpayers to fund the any type of investigation

    B. No. Please elaborate. Im saying that if mental capacity is a factor,  you can't possibly believe Biden is sharper than Trump. Sure you may hate the guy and think he's a dick, but in your heart of hearts you can't possibly think Biden is nothing but a puppet. For Christ sakes, his own president didn't endorse him until there was no other option.

    C.  A few broken windows? This is just ☝ city. If this is how we deal with adversity then buckle up

    And hey,

    A. Maybe it will lead to as many indictments as the Mueller investigation. Unfortunately, the Biden campaign didn’t do anything that we know of to seek support of a foreign country.

    B. Biden’s probably not as dumb as Trump to just give them grounds to impeach like Trump did. Don’t forget McConnell said we will do everything in our power to make Obama a one term President. Dems never did that to Trump.

    C. That again was precedent set in 2008 with the Tea Party

    Thanks for  playing

    A. Time will tell. It seems there are a lot of questionable activities Hunter was involved in. Precedent says they must be investigated to the fullest at the expense of taxpayers.

    B. Biden isn't dumb,  he's just mentally deficient.  He's one sneeze away from assisted living.  Then entire left and mainstream medias agenda from day 1 was to ensure Trump didn't get a second term. Surely if it wasn't explicitly said it was the objective, and why not. The objective is to win.

    C. Show me an instance where the Tea Party looted businesses, assaulted opposing views, or vandalized and burned cities.

Beer used to be so easy! Molson, Labatts, Old Vienna and Bud mostly covered the menu in my day in WNY.

Now? I go to places with over 100 beers just on tap. I have NO idea what to order, but the stuff I mentioned above is rarely an option. I was offered a sample of a watermelon beer recently! It actually tasted like watermelon! Not bad, but I couldn’t make it my “go to” option.

We went to a brewery last weekend with friends. Not a single option for wine, my preference at this point. How hard is it to have a decent red and a decent white? We left, they lost our group. Don’t be pig headed!

Variety is the spice of life. I really don't think there is a need to have 100 beers on tap. Most of them will go stale. Any respectable establishment should have a few domestic beers a few craft, a selection of spirits and a selection of wine. With that being said, the establishment needs to tailor the selection to the clientele. My dive bars (when I could still sit at a bar) had all domestic beer and those Kentucky and Tennessee spirits. A few of the fancy special occasion establishments have wines I've never dreamed of paying for or drinking, as well as some desert spirits,  which I only partake on special occasions. Its fun to explore, but most places should at least have the basics. Hell, most households do.

Bottomless steak fries still a thing?

As a matter of fact they are. Didn't go that route tonight. Weird scenario tonight. 40 packets of ketchup, no menus. But the beer was cold and the food hit the spot after a long week.

  8. I hope he can live up to the task. I hope the media gives him the same scrutiny as Trump. I hope he makes America proud. I hope he manages to live through the  term.

As a side note. The last 4 years have been the most turbulent in my lifetime. There's  left and there's right. But what has made me the most worried,  sad and angry is how the media became a political mouthpiece with a clear agenda. Say what you want about foreign interference, but everyone is doing their best to influence the election whether it be foreign or domestic. This whole push to vote from every major organization wasn't about civic duties. It was about getting Trump out. I bet my life on the fact that you won't hear the same urgency in 2024. It is what it is. Prove yourself worthy Joe.

Anyone need a good RB for this week -> Deejay Dallas, RB Sea. Carlos Hyde and Chris Carson are still both out. This guys gonna run through our “linebackers” all day. If he’s available in your league, could be a great option. I’m starting him!

Straight out of the U. One of the bright spots on the squad over the last few years.

I'm about 40 minutes from the Herrs factory,  but have yet to do a tour. Martin's are top notch as well. If you like pretzels Hammonds are cream of the crop. I like the extra salty.
