Yes I'm 34 and been a hardcore fan probably since around 2000. At least with the drought the expectations were low and winning was more of a premium. Right now it's like that Bills are just waisting their elite QB with mediocre coaching. Obviously winning during the regular season and making the playoffs on a regular basis is great, but in a way continued failure in the playoffs in our prime window with Josh is almost worse.

I support cleaning the coaching staff out but I would keeping Beane around at least for the beginning stages of a new regime I think McDermott has a lot of influence on the direction of Beanes draft picks

I support replacing McDermott with an offensive head coach. But I would give Beane another chance
