When you draft in the later rounds you have to nail your draft picks and backfill will a few FA that contribute, Beane does neither of those things well. KC and Philly manage to be there every season and usually pick later than us with the same salary cap issues. Beane tries to do more with less every season and it’s on full display this year. They are constantly doubling down on a process that is clearly broken

Injury prone, soft, undisciplined, no killer instinct, lacks essential talent
-
Lack of talent around JA is holding back the offense, Brady just adds to the cluster by being very inconsistent, calling bone headed plays and leaving Cook on the sideline 50% of the snaps

Did we already miss the window with JoshPauleeeWalnuts replied to BritishBill's topic in The Stadium Wall Window closed after 13 seconds but they had a chance last season. Defense once again cost them a shot at the Lombardi, and now they have little talent surrounding JA to go along with a bad defense. It’s going to be another disappointing playoff exit while being expected to continue to trust a broken process.

The McBeane experiment should be scrapped. 8 years is enough of a litmus test to see neither of them have what it takes to get this team over the top. 13 seconds should have been the breaking point since that was our best shot at a title. Poor execution, bad early round drafting, bad coaching and bad contracts all add up to being time to make a change.

Can’t stop them, can’t execute them

I meant as far as uselessness

This guy is the offensive equivalent as Aaron Maybin

We will never win a Super Bowl with Joe BradyPauleeeWalnuts replied to Einstein's topic in The Stadium Wall With McDermott or Babich either…

No one is getting fired, it will be more of the same “trust the process” crap that we’ve been hearing for 8 years now. We have to be better, it starts with me, complimentary football, I have to check the tape blah blah blah blah. Beane will make a minor move at the deadline and what you see is what you get for the rest of the season.

This, he rarely hits on his early round picks which is why this roster is so poor. This team is in serious trouble in a year where they probably had their best shot since 13 seconds
