I personally would have gone for it but kicking the FG wasn't the wrong decision either imo. Letting Wilson turn into Joe Montana at the end was the real problem.

Damar is in fact not very good. But if you're going to carry a guy on the 53 just because of optics having him be your 4th safety isn't bad.
-
He was better last night than in the previous 3 games, that's for sure. His (almost) sack of Baker was pretty good.

No, the analytics today actually said punt.
I will enjoy the best point differential of any team over the last 4 years and competing for the championship every year yesMcD has had less playoff success than Rex Ryan with Mark "Butt Fumble" Sanchez at QB who had 2 AFCCG appearances. At some point I no longer care about 12+ wins in the regular season if it just ends in dismal failure in the playoffs.

McD won't be fired this season even if they completely implode and lose every game for the rest of the year. It would take multiple seasons of utter disaster.
Enjoy Marvin Lewis 2.0 for the next 10 years.

Last time we played Tampa, there was a turning point for the Bills in the start of second half of that game. Hoping this is history on repeat except that we start fast, and roll off another lengthy winning streak.
We also lost that game so let's not try to emulate it TOO much...

Can't be any worse than Ford. The Bills should have a team policy of never signing anybody with the last name "Ford".

I for one am looking forward to the new, increasingly ridiculous title for the "Josh Allen MVP" topic.

Allen has possibly the greatest combination of arm talent and size in a QB ever. When he's on, he's unstoppable. But he also seems prone to the jitters in high pressure situations or primetime games which causes him to make very bad decisions on the field. Although his "deer-in-the-headlights" look has declined in frequency over the years, whenever it shows up I start drinking heavily.
Basically, if we played all of our games at 1pm on Sundays we would go 17-0.

Julio is a physical freak in the mold of TO but got completely derailed by injuries, a shame.

It was vintage Tyrod, playing not to lose instead of playing to win.

I mean, okay? As far as I can tell Cook and Murray seem perfectly capable of carrying the load with Harris out. Seems like a waste of cap space when we desperately need guys on D, particularly at 1T.
-
The only mistake was not letting him go sooner. Harty might not be it but lil dirty certainly wasn't either.

Taron should have had PI called on him too for a 2nd untimed down but luckily did not. It feels like the Bills rarely win the ugly ones so I'll take it.

McD's Bills have been very good at obliterating bad teams, so if that doesn't happen over the next few weeks I'll start to worry.

Horrible Harry is the definition of a JAG but Bills fans loved him because of Kyle. Who Phillips had nothing to do with besides playing on the same team.
-
Jeudy would be an upgrade but it would probably be a rental, and I'm not interested in giving up more than a 3rd for a rental. The cap situation next year is pretty dire.
-
If they lose this game I'll be on the Lions bandwagon biting as many kneecaps as I can for the rest of the season.

Ed only playing well after getting paid is pretty bizarre, but boy am I glad he's stepping up. Hopefully he keeps it going and makes his contract look like a bargain.

He's dead, Jim.

If you only look at the box score Josh's day was fine, although the arm punt was unfortunate. 3 INT stinkers are what derail him.

This is somewhat of a self fulfilling prophecy. The games are usually only close if the Bills play poorly, have a lot of injuries or do things to keep the other team in it. When they’re playing badly they’re probably not doing the little things we’ll enough to win. If they start losing em when they’re playing well , I’ll be more concerned.
Personally, I would be more concerned by the fact that Bills frequently have games where they play poorly.

As always, these ridiculous topics jinx the Bills the week they're posted.

Chiefs v Dolphins in Frankfurt Germany

MATH
In theory it doesn't matter, Bills play both of them and thus can have the tiebreaker over both. So I would say root for the Chiefs to make the division easier to win. Rooting for the #1 seed at this point is silly, especially since we're a game behind Baltimore for it right now and don't play them.
