McDermott reminds me of McDaniels stint in Denver.

Maybe maybe not. If he is accurate and quick enough he will still ge those balls in there.
Good defences will dictate what they want Peterman to see. They will bsically set him up. If anything Peterman will be at a disadvantage till he sees how teams will play him.
He is basically being thrown to the wolves.

Maybe not Gillislee..he was inactive last game, has done nothing and is danger of being cut I would think...
Gillislee sat because he wasnt part of this particular gameplan. There will be games where he will be used quite often. Pats gameplans are team specific. They dressedb4 rbs and 4 te's last week

Flip side is dc's are now going to be game planning for Peterman which no one has yet. I think the playoffs are pretty much shot now.
-
No you have maybe 2. System is already in place. Unless Dennison redoes the playbook. New qb doesnt change the concepts.
-
Ill never get Bills fans. This year is the best chance to mke the playoffs since 04 and your coach just pissed it away and everyone is happy.
-
Dennison will be fired by the 3rd game next year. He is awful.

hey,
the o-line shpould look quite a bit better. we will now be able to run Dennison's version of the WCO. Peterman will hit the 5th step of his drop and, bam the ball will come out. you are going to see slants and crossing patterns galore. and, you will see tha ball accurately thrown and hit the receiver where the receiver can actually run after the catch. the opposing teams defense will no longer be abl to rush 5 players on everydown. nor wiull they be able to stack the box with 8/9 defenders on every single freaking play.
you are going to see anticipation throws.
watch, you'll see.
Nope.now you rush 4 and flood the zone and force Peterman to read the defense.

Media wouldnt have known. They only get to see the stretching portion . the actual practice is closed

He should have kept that info to himself until friday. Why gives the chargers a chance to prepare

OR it could be the coaching staff finally came to their senses and realized they can’t win with Tyrod. Good for them!
His quote was " I know people want the playoffs but I have to do what I think is best for the team. I didnt come here to win 5 games.

McD sounds like he is conceding the season.

Are the Saints 5 TDs better than Buffalo? Are the NYJ that much better than Buffalo?
Are the Bills ascending or on the down swing? I see no evidence that even after acquiring Benjamin and having 10 days to prepare for NO that they're anything but bottoming out. People point to 5-4 as if that's good, except they've been thoroughly dominated 2 weeks in a row.
I know they're 5-4. Does anyone think they all of sudden rip of 2 wins at the Chargers, and KC? Or that someone, perhaps Oakland or Baltimore, won't rise out of mediocrity and take the 6th spot in the playoff race.
Oakland isnt going anywhere. That leaves Balt as the only true contender. Besides Bills might be seeing Hoyer in Foxboro if the Pats beat the Steelers the week before.
-
8-8 will probably get the 6th seed this year. Bills have a game on Balt and at least 2 games on everyone else. Therr probably wont be an easier road to the playoffs than this year.
-
Pats play almost .800 ball no matter who they play. Whatever div. they are in they would be on top.
-
Yup, dont thonk there will be any upsets on wildcard weekend in the afc.

Let me get this straight, your a Patriots fan who came over when BBMB was shut down. Multiple BBMB folks said you got permantely banned there after years of this foolishness.
Yet, you never came here and bothered us with your nonsense until that board was close. Pretty obvious that this is a puppet troll account of some BBMB'er.
Why else would you have waited to join here?
I'm not going to respond to your nonsense.
I got banned because Im a Pats fan. As far as here, not one of my posts can be considered trolling.

Bennett admitted that he and his agent told teams not to put in a claim because he was having surgery. Then BB changed his mind....
It's typical NE circumventing the rules and doing as they wish.
So its against the rules now to put in a waiver claim?

Trust the process

Umm, no. Did the Pats even give him a physical before claiming him? What team without inside knowledge would put in a waiver claim for a guy who just said he's done for the season?
They put in a claim and got the player. Where is the foul play?
-
That conspiracy theory would have to involve ay least 29 teams.
-
He played with that injury last year. Guess its just a partial tear. Seems like pain management thing.
-
Nothing fishy. Almost every team had access to pick him up

And thats why the majority of coaches in this league suck. They get stuck in their own system and on one side of the ball. The talent issue in this league isnt players its coaches.
