Most people, today, who identify as trans do NOT have gender dysphoria. It is simply their way of rebelling against “the system”, and in many ways, nature itself.

Right- which proves the point I was making.
The constitution didn’t even pertain to all of its citizens at its inception.
Visas are a modern creation, where the government can determine who receives those privileges and who can’t.
Not everyone who wants a visa can get one. And those who have one are not immune from losing it.

You can read the text for yourself. They mention citizens about a dozen times, and "person" over 20 times.
"No Person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained to the Age of twenty five Years, and been seven Years a Citizen of the United States."
Sections that pertain to persons are for all people within the country while sections pertaining to citizens are just for citizens.
Did it mention visas?
