    Josh hasn't had a game this year where his depth of target was over 8.9 yds (except Pitt where it was bombs away in a good way) until the last 2 weeks where it was over 12 yds. (per WGR).

     

    He has forgotten that you fight the 2 deep zone with taking the short stuff until they do something to stop it. We have 3 really good pass catching backs, and Diggs who is great at those quick hit passes. We need to get back to that, and take your shots when they are available.

    As to those making comments on Keenum in the pre-season. My recollection is:

     

    Game 1: Played with backups and camp fodder against a starting defense. Not awesome.

     

    Game 2: Followed Josh, and got a couple series with the starters, and moved the ball nicely.

     

    Game 3: Played with mostly camp fodder against another starting defense. Not awesome.

     

    Not sure how you could make much out of that either way. Are we saying Keenum sucks because he didn't elevate guys now working day jobs against NFL starters?

    Day to day means it's likely we don't need to flush the whole season. Yes, we felt we were destined to win the division, and the #1 seed. But at this point, we need to find the best path to make the playoffs, and be healthy and firing on all cylinders in January.

     

    You don't punt on the division, or seeding. But it can't be the main priority with the current MASH unit we have right now. As for Josh, if he "can" play, he will play IMO.

    Read through about 2 pages of whining. After I went and threw up, I gathered my thoughts.

     

    We're  a tiny market who are incredibly fortunate that we still even have a team. Getting a new stadium of any kind is a blessing for us.

     

    Nashville is loaded with $$$. So they, and other rich cities can trash talk us on how superior their stadium is. And we can trash them on how Josh and the boys humiliated them on the prime time!!!
