I'm curious to see if anything comes out of this.....the Ravens have been pushing the envelope for quite some time...wasn't there an issue with Baltimore and extra practices or OTA's?....or more than 1 player with headsets....can't remember the details...

It's interesting to see the 2 philosophies.........It looks like the " Old School " type of coaches .....like to play their starters in less than meaningful games more than the newer/younger coaches........there's good arguments for both options....

Could it be you're protecting yourself....that way, it's easier to deal with the loss....NE is still the better team......it's hard to admit for some....

I think people forget that it sometimes takes times for a qb to fully develop and reach their max potential. It took several years before Big Ben, Brady and Brees became Hall of Fame quarterbacks. And others that have started out fast such as RGIII and maybe Mayfield have sometimes regressed.
The Bills don’t have a qb problem. What we could use is a big #1 wr and a more dynamic 1a/1b rb. Put some weapons around Allen and he will take another jump as he did from his first year.
We really need to leave Brady out of those comparisons....won the SB in his 2nd year on the roster, 1st year starting....and also won 2 more out of the next 3.......

I tend to believe they let Josh do his things early in the season...let him be aggressive.... and the turnovers made coach McD rethink that strategy....and it changed after the 1st NE game.....yes, Josh is a play maker...but he is NOT consistent right now...I am however, 100% sure that it's coming...and when it does, he'll be an incredible weapon......

"Clearly" might be too strong of a word....but the question was whether or not we would swap QBs...Watson might not be " clearly" better, but he's certainly slightly better...therefore, I would make that trade in a second !

At this current junction, Watson is clearly better than Josh....but him and the 3 you mentioned in the OP are probably it....I think the jury is still out on K Murray....but I wouldn't swap with Arizona at this point....

We all agree that NE losing to Miami was far fetched....but thinking we played vanilla in case we meet NE later in the playoffs is silly IMO...the odds of the Bills playing NE in the tournament are even more remote than them losing to the fish....KC at home is NOT losing to Pitt or whoever is the #6 seed....

If that is true, what does it say about our team? How come we can't beat them...ever....31-3 when Brady plays.....2-0 this season...again....they are still better than us...and THAT sucks ! We could have put a serious dent in their bye week hopes yesterday....it's frustrating to say the least....

I understand what you mean, and this is not directed at you specifically....but we've been hearing this for a few years now....they are not the same Patriots.....which I assume means they are not as good as last year or a few years ago......but yet, here they are, will end up with a 13-3 record, have a bye week followed by a home playoff game....doesn't it sound familiar ?.....what are you comparing them too ?...The 2007 16-0 team ?....we saw it last year...played just OK during the season and just turned it up 10 fold in the playoffs....and won another SB....

We really had the chance to put the hurt on NE today...I agree that they most likely win vs Miami next and the division title was a pipe dream...but...we could have really dash their hope for a bye week....now, once again, they'll have a bye....get a home game and straight into the AFC Championship game...for the 9th year straight....that's what was at stake this evening....

Brady came in to replace an injured Bledsoe in his 2nd year...started the rest of the season...and won the SB....

I fully realize I'm whining over probably nothing here, but I don't think us winning is a " bold " prediction.....NE is favorite of course, but in my world, bold would be Miami beating Baltimore or San Fran.....

Josh should be out of the game after the 1st Q....at least, that's what I think they'll do...no sense of leaving him in there...hard to work on and improve chemistry with Beasley and Brown if neither of them are playing....
