Brady wouldn’t crack my top 25 either. Rode the coattails of the Bellicheck system where cheating was arguably the biggest component of their success. There are hundreds of QBs in NFL history who could have done what Brady did on that team, with Matt Cassell and Jimmy Garoppolo being two of them.

Wow...our scouting is much worse than I thought.....

Personally, I hope he plays long enough for us to beat them twice in a season. And, I hope (although doubt) it will be this season.

With a record of 29 and 3, Tom Brady has won 90% ( 89.66% to be precise ) of his games vs the Bills.....I vote for him retiring now.....winning a few games if/when he's a shadow of himself won't do it for me...what, he'll be 29-6...I'd rather him be gone...right away...unfortunately, he wants to play...and he's still a very good QB.....so...I hope he retires because NE will still be a powerhouse with him behind center.....

  3. The Bills will eventually prove these writers wrong.......Hopefully, this is the year....I don't get bend out of shape about that stuff like some posters in this thread seem to be.....we've been bad for a very long time....it will take a few good seasons to turn the tide regarding the national opinion of the Buffalo Bills.....

Yes they created a rule, The Tuck Rule, for something not in rules just to quiet down detractors who complained that the zebras were helping him when they took back a fumble.  When the fire went down they took away the rule

That rule already existed...in fact, it was called earlier that same year against NE....the rule was stupid and I'm glad they got rid of it...but in that game, it was called properly....

  5. At this point, I think the Bills are the 2nd best team in the AFCE....so...a lucky bounce here and there for us....unlucky bounces here and there for NE and it could happen....I don't think it will, but it's sure is more likely than years before...just the fact we're talking about it without bursting in laughter is a great sign.....

  6. Stairway to Heaven..(Led Zeppelin )......Can't always get what you want..( Rolling Stones ).........Baba O'Riley.. ( The Who )........Fools Overture... ( Supertramp )......Turn the Page ..( Bob Seger).....Sultan of Swing..( Dire Straight ).....Who made Who ..( ACDC ).....Imagine ..( John Lennon )......Hallowed be thy name... ( Iron Maiden )....Aqualong ..( Jethro Tull )....Fade to Black...( Metallica ).......Time..( Pink Floyd ).....Proud Mary..( CCR ).....Free Bird ( Skynyrd )....Hotel California..( Eagles ).....Child in Time...( Deep Purple )....Ain't talking about love ..( Van Halen ).....Heroes..( David Bowie )....War Pigs..( Black Sabbath )....Dust in the wind..( Kansas )......................There's a lot of stuff I would put ahead of those Candlebox tunes.....but that's the beauty of music tastes........it's so individualistic.....no one is wrong.....

Why? Iron Maiden remains the greatest heavy metal band in the world. And the band’s visits to Buffalo have become increasingly rare over the years.

    You got that right !!

Seeing Maiden twice....Sept 3rd in Vancouver BC and Sept 5th in Tacoma...had my tix for Ozzy and Megadeth but the tour was postponed ( Ozzy health ) until next year...

Also seeing Collective Soul with the Gin Blossoms in August....my wife is a big Collective Soul fan...it's only fair that I go with her...she's been to many Maiden concerts after all...

Yeah an unabashed Pats fan...was on the old board too. Just run through posting history, it's funny to me I guess.

I like to call it how I see it. I think it's weird that a Patriots fan is on a Bills messageboard pretending to be a Bills fan is all. It's not personal.

What I think is strange and that for some, quite a few actually, it's impossible to be a Bills fan and at the same time, appreciate what NE has done over the last 2 decades.

Saying New England has set the bar so high that most likely no other team will ever be able to reach it does not make me weird....makes me accurate.....I've said many times that I believe what NE has been/is doing is really bad for the NFL and the sooner it ends, the better....And I hope we never see anything like this again....I do however accept that they're the most dominant dynasty the NFL has ever seen, Brady is GOAT and so is Belichick......If that makes me, in your eyes, a lesser Bills fan...frankly.....I don't care.....keep your head in the sand where it's all nice and cozy...lol

I'm in my mid 50's, so there's a good chance I was a Bills fan before you......telling other fans how to act is always a classic ! Thanks !

Yeah, after I typed that I knew it would come across the wrong way, lol.  I just mean they aren't blowing people out left and right.  It's amazing the run they are on, but I never get the sense they just roll over other teams.

The thing I hate the most about NE is that they've set the bar at such a high level ,.. that no other team will ever compare...we are doomed for the rest of our lives....we'll always hear..." they're great, but they're not NE..."

Funny enough, the 1 year they were blowing people off, they ended up losing the SB....

I don't get "upset" at national media projections like this because it is so easy to see that his analysis is not well thought out.  Let's look at the AFCE.

The Fish do not have a good roster -- and Rosen played worse than Allen last year.  Colin's argument that "young QBs play better with an offensive HC" apparently doesn't apply to the Fish I guess, since Flores is their coach?  Lazy.

The Pats*** draft grades are all over the board.  Yes, as long as Belichick and Brady are there (or someone topples them) they are rightfully the favorites, but they are not a "powerhouse" like in some years past and they have holes.

The Jets added flashy pieces (Bell, Moseley) and drafted a very good DT in Williams.  They have improved on paper -- but why is their "paper" worth more than the Bills' "paper?"  Arguably no team in the NFL did as much to improve their roster "on paper" as the Bills did in FA and the draft.  Both the Bills and Jets have 2nd year QBs, and one could argue that the continuity on the Bills' coaching staff is more of a benefit to Allen than "crazy eyes" Gase is to Darnold.

After the Pats*** both the Bills and Jets are logical choices to show improvement.  The Fish are a mess.  If Rosen plays better they could be a .500 team.

I think Cowherd does this, truthfully, to drive social media "outrage" among rabid fan bases like the Bills.

They've won 3 of the last 5 SBs and were in 4 of them in the same time frame.....how is that NOT a powerhouse ?
