Correct. One of the few things I like about Mamdani is that he wants to address insane permitting requirements that make things more expensive. No street food permit should cost $20,000. $50,000 should not be poverty line in NYC.

Yeah, I think Zohran simply nailed a simple message of making stuff affordable combined with a smart campaign of getting out on the street and actually talking to people. Cuomo never had a shot and that’s a good thing. Additionally, I think we’re going to see more of a backlash against AIPAC-sponsored candidates.
