The 2015 Carolina Panthers are going to be the death of this team. McDermott & Beane were in the building when the panthers put together some magic that year and they have modeled the Bills after that team on a yearly basis. The panthers didn’t need Steve Smith that year so we don’t need WRs. An old Jared Allen gave it one more good year and we’ve chased that with Addison, Miller, and now Bosa. The defensive backfield were overachievers that got coached up. What they have ignored about the 2015 Panthers is it relied almost entirely on Cam Newton killing himself and ending his career earlier just to carry that team. It’s been 10+ years and they are still trying to build the 2015 Panthers thinking they can tinker it enough to get the Super Bowl win that the Panther didn’t. But it’s not happening.

I love McDermott. He ended the drought, he built a great culture here in Buffalo, and I’ll forever be grateful for what he’s done here. But there needs to be some sort of shakeup. Offensively Brady gets too cute in times when you just have to have it. Defensively it’s McDermotts baby and that baby has ended our season every single year. And from a talent perspective it’s crazy to me that we share the same salary cap as teams like the Ravens, Eagles, etc. Beane is at fault too. I don’t think you fire him in-season but I don’t know how you roll out the same old, same old team to the stadium opening next year.

Announcers have to stop saying this is a huge win and a quality win for the Falcons. The Bills have beat NO ONE this year

James Cook should be on the field until he can’t catch his breath and needs an IV He is your most dynamic weapon on offense and your WRs are hobbled or out

If this team ever plays complimentary football we would be scary. But either the defense is awful or the offense can’t move the ball or special teams kills momentum. It feels like forever since we were all on the same page

I’m done with Joe Brady. You have two of the best weapons in the league in Cook and Josh. You have a great offensive line. And you do cute stuff like that. That SPECIFICALLY failed last week. Just get the damn yard.

And we don’t have the scheme or coaching talent to get people open like the Chiefs do

To everyone saying our team sucks. Look at who we are playing. The falcons are making it look easy with just Bijan and London. This isn’t the greatest show on turf. Defensively the falcons aren’t world beaters. We may not be loaded with pro bowlers but these are scheme and coaching issues. We aren’t loaded with talent but we have enough talent to not give up 50 thousand 3rd and longs every single season.

Offense also looks like it’s playing with 10 guys

This is a monumentally bad defense. Milano doesn’t fix this. Bruce Smith in his prime doesn’t fix this.
