Because he was scrambling every play. He wasn’t standing in a clean pocket for 3.5 seconds. He had to scramble to buy time because the WRs can’t get open.Josh scrambling to buy time used to be how most of the big plays happened.
Like I said, the receivers are also to blame, but to pretend Josh played well today is crazy.

People blaming Allen don’t know ball. He had to go “hero mode” starting at the beginning of the 3rd quarter. It is the only way the Bills started to actually move the ball on offense.
So, he had 2 turnovers while literally carrying the team on his back, big deal.
The alternative would have been zero turnovers, and also no first downs or points at all (what we had in the first half). When nothing on offense is working that is what a great QB looks like trying to manufacture offense. Most QBs can’t even do that.
He had a terrible game and his wideouts did him no favors.
His average time to throw was 3.53 seconds today against the Dolphins. The longest time to throw of his career since 2018.

lol, one of his turnovers was at mid-field.
Somehow you knew we were going to score from midfield? what!?
Tua's turnovers were punts
Josh through an INT into the end zone and fumbled the ball away at midfield when the team was driving to go down one score.
Hopefully that untightens your panties.
Josh was outplayed by Tua - deal with it

Why are the Dolphins blowing us out?
Has Josh been outplayed by Tua who threw two gift INT’s?
of course not.
we are getting blown out because DESPITE having the QB play advantage today, the rest of our team ***** SUCKS worse than the team that fired their GM a week ago and told the world they were trading everyone.
Inexcusable. Sick regular season win against KC. Put the trophy in the trophy case.
Tua's turnovers were punts
Josh's turnovers were drive killers on drives where the team was going to score.

From the tenor on TBD after today the Bills should tank. Injuries have ravaged this team. When you have Payer starting you know its not your year.
Just beat the Chiefs with Poyer starting
lol

Josh Allen on the Cam Newton trajectory is pretty concerning

FWIW, the most recent Bills 4th and 5th rounders...
- Deone Walker
- Jordan Hancock
- Jackson Hawes
Improve the scouting and Bills take those guys in earlier rounds where they massively whiffed.

Absolutely true. It’s also true that Walker received those snaps because Jones went down. Up until yesterday Walker was getting about a third of plays from what I have read. That number needs to be higher. If he can play 80% out of absolute necessity he should be able to play 60% in normal circumstances. Getting this kid more time is only going to make him better come January.Walker played 60% of the snaps against the Pats last week.
His snap percentages have increased each game as he has gotten better.
This is one of the few players they are developing correctly.

They kept taking him out on 3rd down and Atlanta would then convert, then he comes back in on 1st down.
Do you have data to back up how many third downs he missed?
Genuinely curious. There were so many problems yesterday and this one is barely a blip on the radar.

so it is your stance that his exact play count is perfect and can’t be questioned at all?
Responding to this post
Why the flip is Deone Walker being taken out PERIOD. Can we stop with this stupid ***** rotation on the defense and put the best 11 out there i mean jesus christ is this coaching staff ever going to learn?

He played 80% if the defensive snaps yesterday. Idk wtf the complaint is here

Jeudy is the best option.
Small cap hit and best outside threat.
Olave sounds nice but is too close to a Josh Norris situation.

Because he is over 330 pounds and does not have the stamina to play 100% of the time.

its amazing how delulu some fans are to eyeroll we need help on offense.
the loser mentality of merely going to the dance is good enough for some i guess. it's always nice to show up. it takes a special type to know how to bag the homecoming queen.
personally eyerolling this delulu take
If we lose to the Panthers the only trade I want to see is with SF. Josh Allen for a 1st. Let him go with a competent organization.

Awful karma - it’s stolen valor - not our song.
Moment it was played at the two minute warning was the moment the nail drove through the coffin in this game
Seeing Mack Hollins pump his offense up while it played was nauseating

He got beat so bad a couple of times in the first half I was ready for him to pull a Vontae at halftime.
He had a great 2nd half.

I bet $10 on a Hawes TD
a few inches away from a $300 payout

Indeed.
Josh's years as Superman are behind him and if he's going to have a fruitful career into his 30s, he needs skilled position players who can make plays.
His prime is over but that doesn't mean he's not a great QB anymore - unless Beane and McD neuter the rest of his career in Buffalo with terrible WR play.
