  1. My concern is Kap - Kelly's offense is perfect for him and he probably is awash in confidence after Kelly stood up for him. I guess we'll see...

I think he is ready to ball out. Pressure is on and I think he gets locked in. I hope I wrong, but like you I think its the perfect O for him. Bills struggled vs. that offense last season in Philly..

  2. Thanks a lot guys! Speaking to a lot of niners fans and they aren't expecting a win. If you follow me you know I don't believe in automatic wins but if the Bills play their game there's no way they should lose. Do you like when I breakdown the film live or do you like the long form content better?

This is really insightful. Well done Cover 1!

    Thanks!

Yeah this is really well done.

    Appreciate it!

    seriously.

    Hahha thanks for tuning in!
  3. The Bills accomplished their plan of limiting Blount and forcing Brissett to beat them. It was a good gameplan by the defensive staff and the players executed it really well. Anthony Lynn also had a good gameplan in place and the offense was able to control the clock not just with runs but with efficient passing. Look at how both coaches called the game and how they are now putting their players in a position to shine.

Let me know if you want me to breakdown any players or film!

  4.

    Good work as always.

My guess is that the Patriots will try to spread the Bills out and run into the subsequently depleted box.

The Cardinals were very accommodating last week.........the Bills would stop their run on first down with a heavier front 7 and then basically take all but 1 DL off the field and sell out with coverage on subsequent downs.........and they kept throwing into i

    Offens

    Thanks!!

Getting a considerable lead def helped.

  5.

    I like that approach.

I thought they were too conservative offensively in the first half of the two meetings last year and still too conservative in the second half in game two....I like playing fast as a tactic in this instance....you can't expect beat them playing not to lose at Gillette.

Not sure if Rex will run much wide nine stuff.........to my untrained eye the key to their pressure this year appears to be timing.

Creating vertical separation between offensive lineman inside and then exploiting those openings.

Last year's push often allowed opposing offensive lines to move in unison........this year they are fracturing those fronts a lot more.

I would guess they will play tight man at the line and make Jimmy G or Brissett prove they can get over the top.

Rex used wide 9 on several occasions last week vs Cardinals.

Some of the def line looks here:

  6. What do you think are the keys to the game on offense and on defense?

Offense-Up the tempo, run no huddle out of spread formations. Preferably getting the ball to Clay, Mccoy and even Bush. That will make the reads easier on TT and create mismatches. Here's some film.

Defense-The defense must of course stop the run, but disguise coverage as to get the QBs to hold the ball longer. That will in turn allow the rushers to do their job. The Bills must attack with the wide 9 alignment. All of the sacks given up by the Pats were versus the wide 9. Take a look here.

    Thoughts?

  7.

Yeah, like I said, Graham is above average. It was an impressive catch...but that catch never happens if Palmer makes the right read. Watch the replay in the OP. Robey follows and blankets the WR and Palmer does nothing to look off the safety. It was a nice catch by Graham, but a worse decision by Palmer. There was no pressure on him and he forced the throw.

You could say that about every bad pass or INT. Palmer thought that Graham was going to drop deep into cover 2, but bc of the play call Graham was just reading Palmer and made a play on the ball. That wheel in combo is is very good vs cover 2. Look at the DBs alignment prior to snap. Looks like zone right? Palmer didnt expect Graham to drop he expected him to jump in route by Fitzy. Thought this was pretty cool.
