    Do you have a suggestion for who should be the focal point?It is easy to say, but there aren't many options that are definitely available.A lot of people mention Brqadford, RG3, Foles or Cutler. There is an excellent chance that none of them are available. The list of pending UFAs is uninspiring, to say the least.So, you hate EJ. Who is your better option at this point?

    You draft a QB and bring in a vet. Then you let them all compete, very simple.

    I disagree. Hiring a coach is selecting a guy who is going to be the face of your franchise. You want someone who you will trust to be a great coach and leader and someone who you do not mind being with.

     

    I have no problem with the Bills taking their time and doing a thorough search. After what they just went through, I am sure they do not want to end up with another Marrone.

    I just want someone that wins...

    We hired Maroone quickly and most fans wanted to know why we didn't wait till the playoff coaches were available

     

    Now we wait for the playoff coaches and that same band of female dogs are complaining

     

    my fandom is waning, and it has nothing to do with the Bills struggles. It has everything to do with being associated with such negative people who really have to complain about every single thing constantly.

     

     

     

    Yeah its called the interview process. How in the world would he have the information to make that decision without the process.

    I thought about that after I posted. I went on the first site to come up junkie was it.

     

    Must suck getting your butt kicked by a guy who isn't training hard and wasting mind and body on drugs. although Bruce performed well on coke. coke is probably a good performance drug at the moment of competition.

     

    I used to see guys take pain killers before a game, then during would do coke. They could hit as hard as they want and not feel it, all while going 100 mph on coke.

    Correct me if I'm wrong, but the NFL basically requires whatever team is chosen to go with it, however a team with a new HC has the right to decline. So we technically CAN get the show, but it isn't likely.

     

    A team with a new HC would have to Volunteer.

    I think that it's obvous that the Bills want to hire M. Shanahan as their HC (I know that Russ Brandon is lobbying very hard for it). He would likely bring his son on as the OC and keep Schwartz as the DC. I think that would be the best case scenario for the Bills at this point in time since they are strong on defense, but need a lot of help on offense.

     

    This is the group that I think the Bills would like to employ for 2015 and beyond. They could sell it to the Shannies by telling them that Kyle would be in line for the HC job when his Dad decides to call it quits. Mike will obviously want more control than just being the HC. That's mostly because the Bills don't currently have a "starter ready" QB and he will want to hand pick the QB if he is to take on the job. Schwartz is under contract for the next two years. I don't see any reason why M. Shanny would want to replace him given what he and the Bills' defense accomplished last year.

     

    The problem is that both San Fran and Oakland both want M. Shanny as their HC. Imagine that. So many people on this board think Shanny is washed up and would rather take a chance on a young coach who has never coached a game in his life as an NFL HC. That's just pure folly and that kind of thinking is why the Bills haven't made the playoffs in 14 fuggin' years!!!! The point is that the Bills will have to fight hard to acquire Shanny and rightfully so.

     

    The difference this time around may be two fold:

    1. The Pegulas have billions and may be willing to pay Shanny more than SF and Oakland.

    2. The Pegulars recognize that an NFL Czar is needed to properly direct the team and they may be willing to make Shanny that guy (with possibly Whaley or someone else working as more of an admin. GM).

     

    It'll be interesting to see what happens.

    Do you have any idea what you're talking about? The Bills hiring bad coaches and bad GM picks has been the reason they haven't made the playoffs in over 15 years.

     

    No need to make crap up so you can lobby for some guy you want HC.
