  1. Some years ago, while at SJF Bills Training Camp, we saw her walking purposefully on her way to a meeting or something. A young couple recognized her and she stopped to be  engaged with them, especially their young daughter. As important as she is, she really seemed genuine and wish her all the best on her birthday, and always.

I remember greg cosell saying on one bills live that hairston was the best corner in the draft.

Great to hear - Cosell watches a lot of tape.

And we didn't mess with our draft capital - already looking forward for Draft Day 2!

  3.

They say the "50 year anniversary' will be a rare thing soon between unfortunate breakups and the new trend where kids are getting married later in life.

For us 36 years this September. We met in college and dated long distance for 7 years until our wedding in her beautiful hometown of Saratoga NY. Then she moved  to my less beautiful but active suburb here in Rochester, NY. I really lucked out.

  4. We ditched the old home Windows 10 desktop as it was time and just transferred the files before it went to a better place where the monitors never sleep.

We upgraded to an HP all in one for our home computer. The HP with Windows 11 has a nicer monitor and much faster.

It came with McAfee antivirus, but we used to use Norton, and have some time left on its subscription.

Doing research is confusing since so many are sponsored, or the unsponsored reads say one is the winner, then another says the opposite...

Any advice for which is the way to go between these 2 or is there another? Also aware there are free AV versions, but want to purchase one so it isn't a cost thing - more for ensuring security.

Thank you in advance for any help and Go Bills!

  5. No kidding -I get super excited for the draft every year - but do not reflect as specifically as you have here. Thank you OP for this! Great to see the due diligence of the staff is trusting their own process, and hope they (and you with these great review posts) keep up the really great work.

  6. This time of year i recall Eddie Murphy in Trading Places movie where he is on the train dressed up as an African Elder statesman:

"Merry New Year!" to you and yours!

By the way - wife and l came back from a work sponsored cruise and came down with Influenza A - do what you can to be safe and avoid this one - awful all around.

  7. From Buffalo Rumblings:

"With Dodson now entering the waiver-wire protocol, any team can claim him, based on an assigned order. That includes his former employer in the Bills. For the first three weeks of this this season, the order was based on the 2024 NFL Draft and each team’s 2023 records. At this point in the season, the waiver-wire priority reflects only the 2024 records, which puts the Bills at 30th in the claim process. It’s unlikely that Buffalo is the only team interested in Dodson, with other notable parties such as the New York Giants and Carolina Panthers also decent candidates."

i will keep checking to see if he slides to us - but being this good makes these waiver signing more difficult.

  8. Our daughter got the wife and i tix to see Peter Frampton at Seneca Niagara Casino last weekend. He had to sit during the show due to disease affecting his leg muscles, but he and the band put on an excellent show - played and sounded awesome still after all these years
