i think everyone is right with the diet combined with exercise.

my suggestion would be getting out of the house and going to the gym.  i personally do far better when i have to leave to work out, and for whatever reason, seeing other people work out motivates me.  also, don't forget weight training.  cardio is great, but you may get more of the results you want with combined cardio and weights.  i don't do enough cardio as i should because i don't love it, but i look lean due to spending time on core muscles and weights.

    Lol.

It's our biggest need by far. I could see them double-dipping at the position like we did last year with Rousseau/Basham.

Hopefully we could still get a receiver like Khalil Shakir in the 3rd.

    Need. Lol.

if CB is BPA then absolutely. If it’s not, then nope.

Thank you for standing up for my honor. You’re like Daniel in karate kid 2. Only there’s no threat of death and you didn’t save any children from a typhoon.

Anyhoo, how excited are you that we may be introduced to mutants in the mcu?! Agghhh!!!

Maybe we can discuss that in another thread? I’m still grossed out by that other poster being gross.

I don't necessarily disagree with going in on Sauce Gardner in a massive trade-up either.  My reasoning is different than yours though... I actually think these few years are as tough as it's going to be.. Burrow & Herbert, and to a lesser extent, Carr, are all SB capable QB's, but unlike Allen & Mahomes, are on rookie/team friendly deals these next few years.  They can load up in ways we can't.

That being said, if we trade up for Sauce, I can't say I hate it because he is a difference maker and I don't think we're mortgaging our future by making sure we get difference makers.   It would actually be a refreshing move away from having the most well-rounded/deepest roster albeit absent top end talent some others have.

Given Beane's ability to draft well in Rounds 4-7....maybe we should be more aggressive in moving up for game-changers, because we know our GM can round out the roster with guys like Gabe Davis, Dane Jackson, Matt Milano etc..

Or he could be a giant bust.

All mocks are terrible. All of them. But trading this much to move up for a CB when one might be there (if it’s BPA seeing as drafting for need is dumb) at 25 is a bit much. Even for a mock.

COVID happened.  No preseason in 2020, then the injury last year did him in.  I hope he catches on somewhere, dude got skeels.

Sure he does. Just not football skills.

Covid and injury had nothing to do with him not making the team.

Man, fans get triggered quick. The Dolphins got better, all teams should. Im not going to quake in my boots every time a division rival snags a player.

All things considered I’d prefer Hill with Tua, than Hill with Mahomes.

    Solid contribution imo.

Lemme guess, you wrote this while wearing a sleeveless tee?

  7. it’s not like Josh was ever bad. He was just really raw.

He was definitely bad against Green Bay as a rookie. But he showed more in those few games than someone like Mac Jones did in his full season last year.

And in his second year I think outside of the clear penalty missed call, he was a John Brown sideline catch on an absolute dart away from the Bills beating Houston.
