  1. I'm not so sure actually. Cutler was a pro-bowler under Shanny and seeing as he was the only coach he's had to get the best out of him Cutler may straighten out back under Shanny. Cutler like Shanny may not want his legacy to be this last uear with the Bears and if he thinks Shanny can fix his image it could be his last shot. I think this is very interesting/exciting rumor - Shanny with Cutler along with a couple OL pieces (spiller reaching his potential?) and Schwartz and his cru on defense - we would be a very dangerous team. It would be interesting if that was part of the pitch maybe they have the Cutler move already figured out
  2. According to WGR yesterday (joe B I think) the coach will report directy to Pegula, not Whaley
  3. Not only that - but he would be motivated by that arrogance to not let the disaster in WAS be his legacy .... The more I think about this the more I like itq
  4. I agree - I think Schwartz will only stay if the pick is someone like Shanny - he lets the DC run their own ship which would mean no change in scheme. He also has a track record for developing a running game and until RGIII power played him with the goof Snyder did a good job maximizing his strengths which are similar to EJs Didnt he draft Cutler? If I remember that was part of the issue between mcDaniels and Cutler was that he was Shanny's guy -
  5. https://twitter.com/NBCSports/status/551420148482338817?s=09 Played us three years ago, wasn't excited then, not now - but it might mean we get to keep Shwartz and he can focus on getting offensive house in order
  6. Spiller should be activated, I agree he has been spotty at times, but he has that game breaking wild-card ability that no one outside of maybe Sammy has on offense. Either way he is someone that the OC has to account for and spend time game planning for, and especially since he hasn't played in weeks, whatever they draw up could be new and a surprise Sit Gay, he has been a waste all year
  7. EJ is definetly better than he gets credit for - but he also not quite good enough. It's funny, you watch him play and he has the poise, makes the right reads, and has enough moxy for tough throws so he just looks like a pro.... But then he delivers that ball and it's just a little off the mark. I think that's why we get so frustrated with him - he looks better than he is right now. His receivers are making him look better right now - and I think he will get better because he has all the right stuff (noted above) he just needs to be a little more accurate. If he hits Watkins and Woods early this game is over after a quarter
  8. I would sure like to post something
