Too soon to tell on either of them honestly.

Mahomes could flame out asap, Allen could turn into Elway 2.0.

We literally have no idea yet.

I will say, as I said before, Allen's situation is dogsh*t, mahomes' situation is literally perfect.

Allens situation is a Cluster Funk* because the organization made it one. He could’ve had a year to sit behind a capable veteran (Tyrod) until he was ready to go. We literally had identical situations (both Wildcard playoff team members) with vets the team isn’t sold on and a young player (because the team knew they was drafting Allen) ready to groom. True the Chiefs got better skill position talent but again, that’s an area specifically neglected by our team and actively addressed by KC (paying the player WE drafted). McDermotts and Co. look in over their heads. Their FA have been a BUST and the players they’ve gotten rid of are contributing at high level for their respective teams.

Hahahahaha yeah well it’s TEN IN 2 WEEKS!!!

Sign that kid to a contract extension!!!

    15 years 500 million!!!!!

He is the best ever.  For the first two games he’s started

HA typical smart ass response to a legitimate point that Mahomes has been good (better than anything we've put on the field) and we had the chance to get him.

  3. I don't know why this guy doesn't get ANY respect for his time with the Bills. He hasn't been supported by management or the front office at any point following his first season, despite him not only being the BEST option available for our team, but a BETTER option for nearly half the teams in the league. He statistically was the best QB since Drew Bledsoe, except he actually won enough games (meaningful games nonetheless) to FINALLY get a far inferior team to the playoffs. The 2004-2005 Bills had the best statistical defense to NOT make the playoffs in NFL history. Bledsoe had TWO +1100 yard rushers in T. Henry and McGahee, two #1 receivers in Lee Evans and Moulds, and the 3rd ranked defense and lost to Pittsburg's 3rd stringers at home for a win & in game.

No he wasn't a pocket passer, yes he missed reads at times, but its no different than any other QB. Matthew Stafford's only made the playoffs 3 times in his career to this point and at two separate points was the highest paid QB in the league. He's no doubt a 10 win QB when the offense is catered to his strengths and a divisional round, maybe AFC championship round player. Of course I want this team to FINALLY win a championship and a divisional round QB obviously isn't going to achieve that, however I still think he deserved to be surrounded with more talent and given the opportunity to compete and lead this team, with a QB management thinks CAN be that franchise guy sitting and preparing to take over (or immediately it they're ready).

Anyhow, Tyrod earned my respect and I wish him the best of luck! (except against the Bills of course)

  4. Bummer...I was hoping Darrell Bevell was gonna be next up  here. Just briefly looking at some of Daboll's history/coaching experience, he doesn't inspire much confidence as he led the worst offense in the NFL in 2009, and second worst in 2010 (albeit as the OC of the factory of sadness). Hopefully he works out!

  5. First off, NO, TT isn't a gunslinger who's gonna have 300 yard games and lead a pass first offense or put up huge statistical numbers. No he probably won't ever be a league MVP and pass for 30+ TD's a season. Yes, I agree we still need to draft a QB to prepare to lead this team in a couple years. That being said, Tyrod Taylor's earned some damn respect from this fan base for doing what Alex Van Pelt, Drew Bledsoe, JP Losman, Kelly Holcomb, Trent Edwards, Ryan Fitzpatrick, Brian Brohm, EJ Manuel, Thad Lewis, Jeff Tuel, Matt Cassel, Kevin Kolb, and Cardale Jones couldn't. He's been a leader and playmaker for an offense that is nearly devoid of talent. He's not an elite pure passer but isn't asked to be and doesn't need to be. He's made chicken salad out of chicken sratch. An article outlining the predicted starting QB's for 2018 places Alex Smith (http://www.espn.com/nfl/insider/story/_/id/21763010/nfl-projecting-starting-quarterbacks-qb-needy-teams-2018) as the starting Quarterback for Buffalo (this was written prior to our qualifying for the Playoff's), but why? He barely limbed into the playoffs in a far weaker division, with much more talented roster. Could you imagine what our team would've looked like with KC's offensive weapons? Ideally he'd stick around while we bolstered the roster while also finding a QB of the future, but based on how his time on this team has gone the past couple years i don't think he will. Cant wait to watch this team play Jacksonville and hope TT lives and dies by slingin' the ball all over the field to audition for his future teams and get a win ( i personally believe it's gonna be either Denver, LA Chargers, Jacksonville ironically, or NY Giants).

    GO Bills

  6. Thanks I appreciate it everyone!

    1) Orchard Park is forecasted rainy and 68 for next Sunday. I always advise to layer up. It's easy to manage the cold but impossible to manage wet.

    2) Stadium lots open 4 hours before the game (9am). If you are planning on parking in a stadium lot, 8:50ish is good enough. Private lots open earlier and can be cheaper depending on where they are. I'd map out where you want to park and look at the best route to get there with traffic, roads closed, etc.

    3) if you've never been to Buffalo, I'd suggest the classics. Anchor Bar, Duffs or Gabriel's Gate for wings. Check out Canal side if the weather permits. Local breweries are a fun way to spend the day including Resurgence, Flying Byson, Big Ditch. As far as sights to see, walking around downtown, niagara square and Allentown can be pretty cool.

Enjoy your trip and go bills!

And I've read reviews about a restaurant called 'Savor'.....anyone know if its good or worth going to?

  7. Hey everyone! My wife and I are West Coast Bills fans making our first trip to Buffalo next week for the Niners @ Bills and just wanted to get some opinions on:

*1. What to expect weather-wise for the game

*2. What to expect at the Stadium and arrival time

*3. What we can do for fun in the City of Buffalo (maybe restaurants, museums, sight seeing attractions

I appreciate the feed back and cant wait to come out there and FINALLY see my team play!

    GO BILLS!!!
