The Sabres haven’t made the playoffs in 11 years and have less points then a rebuilding red wings team. If you don’t pick the Bills I don’t know what to tell you. Maybe follow log rolling 🤷‍♂️

Lmfao, this is hilarious and shows you nothing absolutely nothing about hockey...

The Red Wings were picked by everyone to finish ahead of the Sabres this season and make the playoffs. They accelerated their rebuild last summer by signing veteran free agents like David Perron, Andrew Copp, Ben Chiarot, Dominik Kubalik, Olli Maata, and Mark Pysyk. They also traded for Ville Husso. The Sabres are the youngest team in the league, with the oldest player in the league, so they're actually the youngest in the league by a bit if you take Craig Anderson away. But go off with your clownish statements that are just flat-out wrong.

Oh, and missing the playoffs for 11 years isn't as bad as missing the playoffs for 17 years, huh?

PS. The Bills front office can't draft well or sign good contracts, meanwhile the Sabres are crushing both.

  2. I was wondering what the Bills fans think is the chance that after this season we will see MD the Bills Dr. of defense Marcel Dareus in a Bills Uni ?

If we go with the history of the Bills resigning our big stars i would say it is 99% that he will not be in a Bills uni next year which really sucks !! But with all that has changed at One Bills Dr. maybe this will be a first !!

I wish there was a way we could go back before free agency when you could build a dynasty & keep all your great players because i could see this team being a major force (And winning a SB) for a LONG time with all the talent on this team .

But we can't due to FA so i guess we have to hope the Bills FO watched other teams that have had a bunch of success in keeping their players & just enjoy it while we can !!

I guess alls we can hope for is that he likes playing in B/lo with his team mates more than the $$ & decides to give the Bills a home town discount --- which with what they gave Suh i just ain't see in it but i can hope along with other fans that WHALEY / OVERDORF can get it done !!

    Go Bills !!

He's not giving a "Hometown discount," he will get paid what he's worth, either in Buffalo or elsewhere.

The "hometown discount" thing is so overplayed. That's for someone like Fred Jackson or Kyle Williams, and even they didn't give any kind of discount.

  3. If only Hunter had Palmer's footwork...

If only he had anything to offer.

    Evan Mathis!?!?!?!?!?! J/k

And once again, he does not fit the system the Bills are running. Not even close. A finesse blocker in a power-run scheme? No thanks.

(There is a reason NOBODY wants him.)

  4. Nfl.com suggests Spiller will enter the upper echelon of talent this year. It wouldn't surprise me as our coaching staff had zero clue as to how to use him. In fact it's amazing that Hackett has a job at all. Still, as I root for the dude to do well, it will be bittersweet if this happens.

    http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000498478/article/the-superstar-club-in-2015-who-arrives-who-leaves

They also said last year that Stephon Gilmore would enter the conversation with Revis, Sherman and Peterson.

It wasn't just Marrone and Hackett who had no clue how to use him, it was every coach he ever had in Buffalo.

Alonso was our biggest loss this off season and we will rue the day we did that trade.

The defense IMPROVED without Kiko Alonso and his glass knees.

Nigel Bradham is, always was and always will be the better NFL LB.

  5.

Yeah, I know, tell me about it...and I'm the person who will sit and fight with these people all day long.

Even with factual information based off previous players of similar ilk, they still argue..."because it's Buffalo." I don't even live there. Never have. But I love the city and the people I know from there, and obviously these teams have been a tremendously big part of my life.

I just cannot wait for the day I don't have to say a word, and can just sit back and smile...for once.

Ps. The Sabres prospect thing should be highlighted as well...McCoy probably should be too.

But there is absolutely zero doubt that the Sabres prospects are rated #1 in the NHL for a reason.

  6. This is exactly why I (WE) need this team to just go out and win football games.

NOTHING ELSE matters to me anymore. I am so sick of the disrespect, of BOTH Buffalo teams, all throughout the sports world.

Now I am seeing people say Zemgus Girgensons isn't that good, "just because he looked good on a bad team."

Saying Watkins is a bust. Saying the Sabres prospects are overrated. Saying McCoy is on the decline. Saying Eichel isn't that good.

I am just so sick of all of it. I just need to start seeing winning football, and improvement in hockey. I can't do this anymore.

  7. Hunter is mentioned a lot in Collision Low Crossers --has not played in two years...Rex thought he had tremendous talent and had a really nasty temper.

He told Aaron Maybin he would break him in half! Lmao. :worthy:

"When Hunter got angry, 'better bring a knife and a stun gun,'" said the security director.

  8. Interesting expert opinion on Nigel BradFORD's running mate. Oh well, I'll take any happy news.

They said the same about Bradham last year, kind of ironic they forgot his name. Lol.

    It's not delivery...it's DiGiorgio!

    Is this just coincidence?

    Lmao, I think not.

  9. He was the 2nd rated OG according to profootballfocus.com.......rated only behind Marshal Yanda. He's old, but he'd be a major upgrade for us this season and maybe the next.

He's looking for big money though and the Bills are up against the cap as it is. With a bunch of their own guys up in FA next year I'm not sure the Bills have the cap space to squeeze Evan Mathis in. Couple that with he way the staff has been raving about John Miller and I just don't see it happening. Would be a major upgrade though.

    In a completely different scheme.

Glad they aren't wasting the money on him. He's a finesse blocker, who has been good in a zone-blocking scheme.

Not at all a match for the Bills and what they are trying to do.

  10. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Waivers_(American_football)

As of 2008, according to the NFL collective bargaining agreement, if any waiver of a veteran player who has completed the season that gives him four years of service occurs between February 1 and the trading deadline in mid October, then that player shall be considered an unrestricted free agent by termination of his contract.

  11. I don't think he is the starting QB...but I do believe there is a reason Kubiak wanted to bring him to Denver.

That tells me he is comfortable enough with him, that if Manning went down, he would trust Taylor to step in and take over.

He's known as a good offensive coach, so to me, that is a positive sign.

(Roman also made something out of nothing with two QB's who people didn't give much of a chance, in Smith and Kaepernick. Sure their pedigree and all that is better, but Taylor has the same athleticism as they do, which made them successful...am I wrong?)

  12. Here's an All-22 look at Wright while he was with the Bucs, in case anyone is interested.

    http://www.bucsnation.com/2013/10/12/4831222/all-22-tim-wright-emerges-as-a-weapon-for-the-buccaneers#4018823

At a 585k salary he's also no more expensive

Ok, so if he is better than them, you upgrade while spending no money...it's a win-win situation.

EDIT: Sorry, think I misunderstood what you were saying. Lol.
