Jaws explained Peppers lack of pass rush pretty well. With a mobile QB you don't go balls to the wall after him. With that said Peppers streaky with his sacks. He will go 3 games with nothing then get 2 or 3 in one game. He's still better than anyone the Bills have currently.

It's amazing how great a running game can look when the offensive line wins their battles. Julius Peppers is a FA this year, but I know there is no way the Bills come close to offering what he will command.

I was just reading the ESPN article and Ralph points the finger more at the players then the coaches.
"We haven't got the talent," Wilson said. "We didn't play well. The coaches, they can't go out and kick the ball. They can't go out and tackle. What else is there to be involved?
I'm not sure if he will fire Jauron.

The Panthers. I've moved to Charlotte just after the expansion was announced. If the Bills leave Buffalo I'm switching teams the same day.

You CAN"T turn a franchise around in a few short years. It takes time.

The Bills have been bad for way too long. In the last 3 years they have won 20 games. The majority have been against bad teams.
2006 1 win against a team w/ a winning record and 2 wins were against 8-8 teams.
2007 1 win against an above .500 team
2008 0 wins against a team w/ a winning record
This franchise is broken and it will take someone much smarter than me to figure out how to fix it.

Fred Jackson will be a restricted free agent in the off season. I'm sure the Bills will give him a big enough qualifying offer to scare off most teams.

I would like to have Gonzalez. I don't think giving up Jackson for him is a good idea though. I don't think Gonzalez's contribution to the offense would be greater than Jackson's.

Congrats to the Cards. It looks like they are learning to win. They could end up winning the NFC West.

1st Place - Offensive Line. You have to establish the run and keep that kind of offense off the field
2nd Place - Coaching Staff. Played a bend but don't break D and broke. No blitzing
3rd Place - Tie between JP and D-Line. Both think they are much better than they are
Virgil, I like your list but the defense should be number 1. The lack of pressure was an embarrassment. You can not give a one dimensional offense that kind of time and hope to win.

Saucony is also made in the USA. I have been happy with their shoes.
Here is some quick advice when getting back into running. Start off with short distances for a few weeks. Even with good shoes your shins will be in pain if you push too hard too soon.

KOK what was the whole story with firing Rosinski from the radio play by play role--he is really good. I have listened to him some this year on the Westwood One NFL Game of the week with Dan Reeves--really excellent stuff.
Rosinski's contract was not renewed after he publicly stated his disappointment with not getting a NFC Championship ring. Other teams have given their broadcasters rings and he thought it was only right. Jerry Richardson gave him the boot, since he didn't play the good soldier and keep his mouth shut.

I agree with you. For the first game under a new system they performed well. I'm surprised the Pats didn't challenge the rookie safties more.
Even if they would have won this game they aren't making the playoffs this year. We better recognize positive steps forward and be happy w/ that this season.

Ballantyne is a hot area, but be prepared to pay a lot. You may want to check out western Union County. It's just south of the Ballantyne and South Charlotte area. The Weddington School district is better than anything CMS can provide. There are many family friendly subdivision to choose from. 75% of my subdivision has children of middle school age or younger.
